If we could do no star review we would. My daughter scheduled this company to move from
Texas to Kansas. Explained all of her personal items. Movers show up and immediately state they can’t move more than the bed and dresser 300 cubic ft, when we have that and 20+ pieces listed on work order. Movers show up very hostile and rude. When the same demeanor is returned to the lead mover/driver he flips script and says we are rude. Would absolutely never allow them to move a single personal item. Very unprofessional, rude and only wanted to double what was originally quoted and charged as a deposit. Not helpful customer service and completely disorganized and dishonest.

I was looking for a moving company. While looking I first found coast to coast moving company and called I was given an estimate so I thought to call a couple more places to see if it was similar. I found a company called 2 movers so I proceeded to call and was sent over to a guy named Greg and he proceeded to tell me coast to coast was a broker company and would give me an estimate and then hold my stuff hostage and then demand more money. He said that there company was a Veteran owned and the price they would give me was what it was going to be. He also kept saying one moment and that his dispatcher was contacting him and telling him to not let me go that they had a load coming from Forsyth to Flagstaff and that instead of it going back empty he would give me an amazing deal. At first he quoted me 7900 and then because of the truck situation he said 4900.00 then 3700.00 and I told him let me talk to my husband but I was unable to get a hold of him I was in a panic which I think they do this by saying I had an hour. I ended up agreeing to 3500.00 out of fear and desperation and signned the contract he went over it verbally and I was still in panic anxiety that I didn't understand what it was fully stating. Then I set the payment up he would only let me do my account information. I signed and a couple hours after I was stressed out and sick about the whole situation. I started to look up information and finally found real reviews about them scamming people and keeping there stuff and just as they deny doing what overcharge people and give them a fake estimate. So that next morning not even 24hrs later I called to cancel and that was a fight I was told over and over that only Greg could do it because it was less then 24 hours. When I was able to finally understand the contract I found that the amount I paid was non-refundable because Greg would not let me use my card in that it was not an option and had me do my bank account information he also did not disclose that it was a non-refundable deposit. While calling I spoke to their supervisors and they stated that they were also a veteran-owned company. They tried to deny any wron doings but they said they had no authority or anything over Greg because he was part of the sales part and only the floor manager could handle that. I told him that their company was very deceptive and that was not veteran mentality. While also looking at the receipts I found out that the company was not in fact two movers but noble moving and storage inc. I was basically screwed out of my 1,825.00 Don't be me really look at the reviews. I reported them to many different agencies for there tactics etc ... When I called the number back to get verification that they were a veteran owned company and get there information because I could not find them on the veteran website saying they were a veteran own company they would not verify it and kept trying to give me their DOT number and told me I needed to email certain people to get the information proving it after I was told by two representatives they were. I even asked to speak to someone higher up and they wouldn't do it. I did start to record the conversation and did tell her what I was doing and she said I was not allowed to and that I was being recorded too I said that it was okay that they were and then she hung up on me.

I should have known that they were going to be an issue after being on the phone with them for 2.5 hrs. I was in panic mode because they were trying very hard to convince me to use them for my move. While on the phone I couldn't look up reviews. The price was good, but very low compared to everyone else. I had a bad feeling about that. Against my better judgement I gave a deposit with my bank info. During the conversation he kept saying "who hurt you" which may be true, but very unprofessional. The next day I looked up reviews and I found that they like to give you a quote and upcharge later, or don't deliver your stuff for weeks or up to a month. Seeing those reviews scared me. I proceeded to cancel and tell them I did not want their services. He actually messaged me back and told me I was crazy and not thinking clearly, which could be true, but not professional. I tried calling all the numbers in their emails and on their website, and I got nothing, the calls didn't go through. I was waiting on my bank account, and sure enough, they tried to take the money out. I had to pay for a stop payment, and open a new account. That is so much work, but they have access to my account info, and I cannot trust them to not try again. It's possible that they would have done the move, but everything was too sketchy for me. It may be my fault for not trusting my first instinct or for not trusting at all. I told them I wanted to cancel and they still tried to take my money, not to mention the highly unprofessional names and accusations.

These crooks out of New Jersey/Florida change their name every summer. Ryder relocations, space moving, American choice van lines and now noble moving. Look up their New Jersey address it's all the same companies. Look up their DOT Complains. They act as a moving company but sell jobs to other low class movers who can't book their own loads and they triple your price. Do not fall for their scams!!!!!!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Noble Moving and Storage and strongly urge others to avoid them.
We initially spoke to Greg, who told us they could beat a competitor’s quote because they had a truck coming from Brooklyn to Boston. He promised a locked-in, flat-rate estimate even after we repeatedly expressed that our inventory might increase. Greg reassured us that “no one gets it right the first time” and pressured us into paying a deposit right then. Our other roommate was out of town so he said we could cancel and get our full deposit back before the truck left. We asked for confirmation of that in writing, so he sent us a text. We were also promised same-day delivery for our Boston to Brooklyn move because "it's only a few hours drive."
A few days later, during our call with Quality Assurance to update the inventory, we noticed Greg had only listed 10 boxes despite us clearly stating we’d have at least 30, and probably a few more. When I requested the estimate be updated to reflect the real quantity, the rep said the new total would be over 6k, more than double the original estimate. We immediately tried to cancel, citing Greg’s texted promise, but they refused to refund the deposit, said "our contract trumps whatever else you have" and were incredibly rude and dismissive. I even rented a minivan to fit some of the boxes to keep the original estimate.
On moving day, the crew arrived with another revised estimate that was 3k higher than what we agreed upon (I was never sent nor signed this new estimate). The moving guy also said that the per-cubic-foot charge Greg assigned was unusually high given the short distance. While he ultimately offered a flat rate, it was still $2,000 more than what we’d agreed to.
The movers moved slowly, took frequent smoke breaks, and failed to wrap several pieces of furniture. I later found a detached piece of my desk left behind in the lobby. Despite being told to call Monday morning for a delivery estimate, I was repeatedly told they were “still finalizing scheduling” and that we’d receive a 24-hour call notice. We had put an airtag in our stuff and saw it just sitting in their New Jersey warehouse, 20 miles from our new place, for literal days.
We were promised delivery by Wednesday at the latest, but got no updates. I made dozens of calls to customer service. Each time, they refused to connect me to a supervisor until my male friend called - and only then did they transfer us (a sprinkle of misogyny on top of everything).
When I finally spoke to a supervisor (Courtney), she promised to investigate and call me back. She never did. When I called again, another rep said she was unavailable. I demanded to speak with someone else and finally reached Stacey, who said she’d “expedite” the process. At this point it was Thursday, and our belongings were supposed to arrive Sunday or Monday or worst case, Wednesday at the latest.
They finally scheduled delivery for Saturday — nearly a full week after pickup. The truck (different from the one that was loaded in Boston) arrived unannounced at 6:40am, even though we were told to expect a call between 8am–12pm.
The delivery included broken mirrors and glassware, a missing desk, scratched and damaged furniture, and boxes that were falling apart. It looked like everything had been thrown around (which it probably was).
This was an infuriating, stressful, and expensive ordeal from start to finish. We were lied to repeatedly, overcharged, misled about delivery timelines, and treated terribly.

Absolute sham company. Estimator told me 4-5 days for AZ to MN. Turns out fine print says 30. Lied through his teeth. Very carefully itemized list, estimated at 300 cubic feet. Different subcontractor company comes out to site on move day, somehow it’s conveniently 165 cubic feet more (it wasn’t) and I had no choice but to pay $1500 extra on a $2000 estimate. Absolute criminal sham operation they lowball you a quote to hijack you later not to mention lie about timelines. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Do your research on this company and proceed cautiously. The company was registered with DOT at the beginning of the year....I also had an encounter with a representative and it just rub me the wrong way... Be sure to thoroughly review the contract. Lots of scam going on in where they give you a low quote and then upcharge you day of the move. They also get you by saying that "you waived your rights" to an estimator by opting to not have someome give an estimate inperson or to provide photos. Be sure to take your time to read contract they email you...also bo skeptical of the positive reviews on here as well as the reviews on birdeye (they all appear to be fake positive reviews)....

In my situation I contacted America's moving and storage who gave my contract to Noble moving and storage. (Ironic name)
There's nothing noble about this company. Driver comes in takes a look at my stuff mentions nothing. Just tells me to sign the paperwork. After loading 30% of the inventory tells me I will be charged more than double since my cubic ft space is reached. After seeing my furnitures he could've mentioned that and Cameron from America's moving and storage could've mentioned that but no. The driver only mentioned that after I signed the contract and after he moved 30% of my inventory. (Part of their scam)
These are the types of people who only care about making money and they don't care how they do it. I should've ordered pods and hired movers to help me load the pods which would've been way cheaper than what I have paid. Please do your research and don't make any decisions if you are desperate.
I hope both companies shutdown so others don't have to suffer like me.
I still haven't received my stuff which was promised on 4/28.

Our commercial moving quote was made after 2.5 hours of conversation with Mike and Brett where I felt I did good due dillegence in choosing a reputable mover and asking the right questions. I provided a list of equipment we needed moved, and the size/weight of each piece. B. was fully aware that ONE press alone weighed 2,600 pounds and that there were several presses. B. was fully aware this was commercial equipment B. did not ask for photos B. assured me the truck would have a lift gate. We had conversations about the weight of each piece of equipment and what the lift gates could handle. The contract listed every item of equipment and then some miscellaneous room for bolts of fabric and boxes of hand tools. I asked Brett if it was a fixed price or if it would change after the truck was loaded. He assured me it was a binding contract, and that was what binding meant - no surprises. Mike, Brett and I discussed at various times that the total estimate of $2850 was VERY low and that Noble was taking a loss on it in order to get the truck back to an area of the country where they needed trucks, I would be crazy not to choose Noble. I signed the binding contract. Afterwards I noted the contract only had 2,100 pounds on it and 300 cf. I texted Brett who assured me it was a 26' truck. On moving day: Truck shows up with NO LIFT GATE and therefore no way to load the equipment. I then get an aggressive call from Sam telling me no way are we going to get our items shipped for $2,850 and I should be grateful for the new rate of $9,240. I get told by Eli even if he arranged for a new truck, that the lifts on the truck only go up to 3,000 lbs and that we would be stressing their lifts. Eli asked me if I knew what it cost to move commercial equipment. I get told by Eli "good luck" on loading your own truck and making it to Oregon without said truck breaking down. SAM asked if I had sent photos of what we needed moved. The decision was made to cancel the move as I didn't have an extra $6,000 to pay, and I asked them to return the $1,740 deposit. Sam said "No - you signed a contract." Noble completely disregarded the fact that I had spent hours on the phone with their team setting this up and accurately describing our needs. It was a horrible, horrible phone call and experience.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT book with this company and save yourself a nightmare. They are truly scamming people and I’m positive the good reviews here are coming from their own people. A person who works for them quoted us 7,580, his name is Christian. He told us he was getting us such a great deal as we were in a time crunch, I’m seven months pregnant , have a toddler and moving from Arizona to Idaho. He promised us a 53ft semi which was enough to fit all of our stuff, he told us they would arrive Saturday but in order to reserve he needed a 3,000 deposit. They had us give them our routine and account number for it and transfer them $3,000… Saturday came and they did not show. We called and they said he had told us they would come Sunday but that isn’t true. We waited Sunday and movers came but that’s when we found out they were contracted by noble and they were their own third party company by the name of Rushmore lines… the guys from Rushmore lines came with a 26ft truck and no packing supplies which was part of what the quote was supposed to be for (packing and disassembling large furniture like beds, nightstands, large mirrors, Couch, Coffee table etc) they told us that wasn’t on their list and that they only had one 26ft truck available and if we wanted something more it would be another 17 grand on top of what we were quoted!!!! We were so shocked, confused, and we called noble and the manager was very cold and said since we canceled (which we did not cancel, they simply did not bring the right size truck and lied to us about the packing we had paid for) that the $3000 was NON REFUNDABLE…. we were completely scammed. Please save your time, money and efforts and go with a different company and triple check your contracts. Instead of putting a 53 semi in our contract they inputted “cubic sqft” so that we wouldn’t notice it was submitted for a 26ft truck and not what we needed which should have been a 53ft semi… we plan to contact the attorney general, file a police report and hopefully get a lawyer involved.

Move from Boston to Florida…
Unprofessional, lied, charged double upon pick up of our items, overcharged ($4k to move a 700sf apt when they gave us a quote for $2k), arrived 2 days late on pick up, customer service couldn’t give us an expected delivery date, told originally it would take a “max” of 10 days but didn’t arrive for 24 days. Delivery was in a completely different truck than when it was picked up, delivery drivers refused to unload until we gave the CASH for remainder of balance (2k), refused to bring items to our new apartment and parked truck down the street! Thankfully we had a truck and had to transport our own furniture ourselves to our door (not lying here… all true). We had broken items as well, complete disaster. When trying to contact someone at the company regarding all these issues, we got absolutely no where. They couldn’t and wouldn’t help us or were they concerned at all, just said “file a claim”. I can’t say it any louder - do NOT hire this company EVER!!!!!!!!!…

My mother and I contacted the company to obtain a moving quote for a relocation from Ohio to Florida. After speaking with Trey, we were transferred to Robert Knight. Robert Knight's conduct was unprofessional, particularly regarding his request for a deposit exceeding 50%. His statement, "you're not going to book with us because of the down payment?", was concerning. Given that industry averages range from $100 to $500, our hesitation regarding a $2,000+ deposit was reasonable. Robert Knight then addressed my mother, stating that I, her daughter, had "cost us thousands of dollars" by not booking with them and stated "have a blessed day" before abruptly ending the call. This interaction raises serious concerns about the company's legitimacy. I strongly advise against using their services.

literally a fresh bait and switch company RUN especially this time a year RUN!!! & Don't worry they will be shut down. Just don't trust them and they will not be able to afford fake sites like these to lead consumers to believe they're legit for as long as they can and then when reviews get too bad they rebrand smh

My daughter was moving from NV to TX and called Nobel Moving and Storage company to get a quote. The representative she talked to, Trey, was overly aggressive trying to get her to sign contract. When she said she wanted to read the contact and talk to me first he said, why do you need to talk to your Mom and no need to read the entire contact. When she sent me the contract it said she waived the physical and virtual survey, when I asked her if he mentioned they would come inspect to give you an accurate quote she said he never asked. She is in her 20s and first time moving, this tactic was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
