Absolutely trash compay. Completely ripped off my friend and refused to give back the deposit. If 0 stars was an option id even shoot for negative at this point. Better off with legitimately any other company.

Lied to my friend

A friend of mine was quoted with a 4K estimate for the move was told it wouldn't change it changed the 7K did all of the work based on the explanation to get it down to what should be 4K then they have was told it was 15K won't even give back the deposit of 3K

I’m with all the other zero star…

I’m with all the other zero star people. We are being super screwed over by Noble Moving and Storage right now. They don’t tell you they don’t take credit cards. So on the day they arrive they wanted over $5K in cash!!!!! That’s after we were quoted $5500 for EVERYTHING!!! The movers came with a small box truck and basically nothing was taken. Then we had to pt another $4k on top of everything. They said one of my small payments didn’t go through (this is after Zelle and VenMo said it was fraud). They made me get a money order and overnight it.
Currently working with Deb Fox and she tells me, “ I leave for the day at 6pm EST which I advised you of. You are calling me at 8pm EST when I obviously am not here. It is not confusing as we receive hundreds of Priority Mail payments delivered exactly as provided to you. There are Post Offices that see the address in their system and do not understand Oakland Park is part of Ft. Lauderdale, just as the smaller towns around Los Angeles are part of LA.”
Really supportive, right? When I went to send the money order via UPS, they said that address defaulted to a totally different address. This was Deb’s response when I asked to confirm the address so I don’t send my money order to random people.
This is after both my mothers and my accounts were flagged for fraud based on our transactions with them. Our accounts were frozen for 72 hours due to their company’s shadiness.
DON’T BOOK WITH THEM

Please do not go with this company!! Its very suspect that all the reviews that are 5 stars are two sentences but everyone else is 1 star SCAM.
Robert Knight said that our stuff would be coming on a truck already moving there and it would be there on time.
When they showed up the doubled the estimate which we went with because we needed to move. They obviously know this and exploit it.
Our stuff was picked up on May 6th for a delivery date on May 12th. It is now June 24th and the 30 days of our contract is up. (PS they will run your contract the whole 30 days and wait to deliver your items).
They still have no delivered - and cannot even give us a date that it will be. This has ruined our lives and I am at the point I do not believe we will ever see our stuff again.

Upon picking up our stuff they up'd the price on us significantly, and since it was when they were loading our stuff we had no choice. And then after waiting 3 weeks for our stuff we had to keep sending emails on when we will get our stuff- on top of them adding MORE costs, and we still have NOT received our stuff or an answer back.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off! We were very detailed in our inventory list we get a price of $9k and the driver shows up 5hrs late, we missed our scheduled leave time and then tells.us its going to be $11k more!!! And wants 60% before they start loading. We were literally between a rock and hard place and they know this! Totally take advantage. Zero stars!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They quote you a good deal up front but come move day the price doubles. Was told if we were honest about the items they were to pick up that the quoted amount would be all that we pay. However when the movers that they have hired come to pick up your items they go off cubic feet not the amount of items you have listed on your “estimate”. Luckily we were able to rent a U-Haul for the remaining items the actual movers couldn’t take and saved ourself out of being scammed an additional $2,600 on top of the $2,900 we have paid. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU!!

Terrible moving company

Terrible moving company. They quote you low, then they show up and tell you that "Between the rivets" of the truck is 150 cf but in reality its 90 cf. Tried to get me to agree to an additional 700 cf but we settled on 200 extra cf. There was an extra 2 ft of space on top. 7 broken items. Use someone else.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. It is a complete scam. Movers took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her an extra $360 for no reason upon pickup. They were extremely unprofessional and sleazy, even semi-joking that they were going to scam her and there was nothing she could do. After over-charging, they then announced that they could not guarantee an exact drop-off date, although they had previously guaranteed one. They said that they had a 30 day window in which they could drop off the items whenever they wanted. Then, they told my daughter that they would be charging an extra $350 per month to store her things, while this had never been said before. In trying to follow up with the company, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to answer questions and continually hanging up on us. This company is a complete scam.

I’m writing this review real time. Beware do not use this company. It is a scam. The reason they asked for your bank account information for the deposit because they have no intentions on completing the move and they’re going keep your deposit. I’m telling you right now if you book this company, you are crazy and you’re about to be in debt if anybody is trying to do a class action lawsuit against this company please let me know! Once you give them your deposit, they won’t answer your calls anymore. You’re out of touch. The driver doesn’t show up. Beware at all cost!!! My bank is doing a fraud investigation and I pray I get my deposit back. I’m also contacting an attorney! This SCAM is unreal never seen anything like this!

Holy shit they just ripped off the daughter of a federal agent

Look at the reviews by the one star people. They give you a quote then rip you off for more if you want to get your possessions returned. This time they ripped off somebody they did not anticipate.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I spoke with David Miller on June 9, 2025, when I booked and paid a deposit to reserve my pick up. When I spoke with David, I specifically and in intricate detail provided him an inventory of each item that needed to be moved. He gave me a quote for $2,589, which included a full packing service despite majority of my items already being packed. The movers only needed to pack my queen bed, 2 TVs, 4 mirrors, area rug, and coffee table and 2 end tables—all of which were already inventoried. However, when my movers got here in June 13, 2025, they quoted me for $5,900 and told me that the items that they needed to be packed would be an additional charge. David LIED to me and told me that this company was a carrier, when in actuality it is a broker who hires a carrier. He also has failed to answer any of my phone calls. I called the company to get a refund for my deposit since I relied on David’s misrepresentations when I booked my move, and I spoke with Sam. Sam was completely unprofessional and told me that I refused the move which is inaccurate because the movers told me that they would not be able to accommodate ALL of my items. Sam told me that I would have needed to split my move and only send a portion of my items, which is completely unacceptable. Why would I book movers when and only send a portion of my items? That makes absolutely NO SENSE. Same refused to refund my deposit, and when I asked for the corporate office number she lied and said that they do not have a phone number and she provided me an email to the business’s support team. I will be taking LEGAL ACTION against this business.

Missing entire load of household goods!

I would give less stars if I could. “Nick”, our “moving liaison”, who was “military as well” was supposed to Shepard us through the process and if we had any questions along the way we could call him. Never once did he communicate with us after the initial conversation within 72 hours of our move someone called us and suggested as we went through the materials that were being moved from New Jersey to Texas that it was going to be an increase because the materials were more than we initially were quoted for which were then reverted back to the original quote however, we never received an email. The day of our move someone very sketchy with two children showed up at our place to move us looked around and wanted to charge us $4000 more than what we were quoted and demanded payment before they would load any items, and this was before they saw the second location that they were also supposed to transport items from. We called customer service and asked to speak to Nick because he was not responding to our text messages and they kept transferring us to people who would pick up. Ask us a question and then place us on hold again. Once we decided, we felt like there was a little bit of fraudulent activity involved in our interactions. We told the driver that we were going to skip the move at which point we heard him say in Spanish to his children that he brought to help us move that they should’ve had the numbers more in line with the original estimate as the numbers they had stated to us when they walked in. The door were different than what we had received three weeks prior. We then started to seek a different alternative in terms of what we could do as we received a call from the person that were there to move us trying to negotiate at what they could give us to move us. However, during our interaction, they also noted that the deed that we were told our items would be delivered was not going to happen and that they were going to load all of our items on a 26 foot truck into their truck, which would then be unloaded and reloaded into a semi to be transported from New Jersey to Texas, which made us feel very uncomfortable. From the time they got out of the truck and possibly beforehand everything felt like a very very sketchy situation. I would not encourage anybody to use this company and if you do then shame on you take note of the negative reviews!
