Horrible service and damages

They changed 8800.00 for a move from ND to AZ. Nothing was honored on contract. They farmed the job out to Empire which sent a person who didn’t have the boxes for appliances, electronics etc. He had no tools, came late and reeked of marijuana.

Barely no communication and excuses on where they were. When truck arrived which was banged up and had the doors tied shut with tarp straps. Everything was smashed together. Have photos to prove it. 10 month old freezer was dented and front smashed in electronic panel which didn’t work. A peleton was placed on a table with 500 pounds of weights and broke the table leg mechanism, doors hanging open with items on floor broken, broken vacuum, missing parts. Everything had footprints on it, speakers punctured and torn, just to name a few. 2 TVs missing. Jamal did not inventory anything and was evasive and on phone with no answers on why it looked like items were in a blender.
He hired 2 locals who have been moving professionally for 6 years. Worst job they ever had to unload. He tried cheating them on fees. We paid them to keep working because they wanted to leave. Have video testimonials from them.
No receipts on 4400 paid to Jamal for load and unload after payment to Noble initially for footage.

Do not use. Horrible experience and response to complaints filed on lost and damages was we talked to parties involved unwarranted. We have pictures, videos to prove. SCAMMERS.

I don’t even have words at how awful…

I don’t even have words at how awful this experience and service was.

I have missing items (over $3000). (Movers said they have them) it’s been over 1 week, no communication. Noble hung up on me 9x. I will be filing theft charges through the police (have text messages of movers saying they had items) and will be seeking litigation. Noble said they talked to the movers and there were “no issues”. Biggest scammers, thieves, and degenerates I’ve ever met in my life.
Damages over $6000+ and counting on broken items.
Services NOT provided that were supposed to be that NOBLE said they would do… put stuff where it was, box tv, take treadmill apart. They had NO tools (5 wrenches and a hammer).
I had to go buy tools and take apart my own treadmill.
Driver did drugs the entire 3 hours+ he was there on pickup.
Dirt, mid, water, seeds, FEETPRINTS on items and my totes.

Delivery drivers friend/boss called impersonating as “noble management” at 1:30 am EST time this morning. Driver almost got in a fight when he tried to stiff the movers on payment.

The movers they hired here to unload also do moving and I have video testimony of it being the worst job they ever saw, they were going to walk off but felt bad for me, and the driver putting hands on them.

They showed up 4 and 7 hours late of time they told me. Had 0 communication throughout the entire process. Haven’t provided invoices for payments.

Not only do I have to deal with the fallout of all the items I can’t use, don’t have, or are cosmetically ruined that were brand new in the last year. The disrespect and callousness of the movers, and the emotional trauma of the whole process at a difficult time in life.

This is the most disgusting experience and treatment I’ve ever had in my entire life.

**EDIT** to their response... They are a complete lie and scam company. They hung up on me 10x in 3 days trying to talk to anyone that could discuss my issues. Told to only communicate through email, and they haven't answered an email in over a month. STAY AWAY

SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS NOBLE MOVING AND STORAGE!!!!

Noble Moving and Storage quoted me for my move and asked for a 50% deposit. Then AFTER charging me $1800, told me they could not accommodate my move because I had more items than they had budgeted. When I asked for a refund they refused and the lady on the phone actually laughed at me.
I had sent JORDAN, my sales rep, a picture of my 10'x20' storage unit with all the contents quoted for the move. It was very easy to calculate the cubic feet, and somehow he only calculated 1/3 of what was there. JORDAN came across as very helpful and professional when SCAMMED ME and took my $1800 deposit. These guys are real deal crooks and need to be held accountable for their actions.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. We called and set up a move from Lakewood, WA to Hope, ID. We told the person on the phone that we had 2 - 10' x 10' x 20' Storage containers that were each around 80% to 90% full. The idiot in the office took almost 4000 cubic feet of stuff reported to him and allocated half a truck, around 697 cubic feet of space. They did all the calculations wrong and were going to charge us six times our quoted price because of THEIR screw-up. We were then told that we would not get our $1884 deposit back because we "refused Pickup." Unless you want to lose a lot of money, do NOT use these movers. They will rip you off. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

Do not believe them.

Called and spoke with Greg. He told me that if the move happens before before the end of month they would do it for $1800.00 and there was no mention of cubic foot. So they started moving but stopped after moving only a quarter of my stuff . They then stated they needed more money. BEWARE they use SUB CONTRACTORS. You leave messages and get no response from company even when you leave voice mails. They picked up my stuff ( what little there was picked up.). We ended up renting a Uhaul and driving to my destination. To make a long story shorter my load didn't arrive until the 29th of May. We finally spoke to to the driver and my stuff was in storage waiting for them to get a full load. A week later it arrived. If anyone wants to look at a class action please put it your review. The dept of Transportation is where to file a complaint. .

Is there something lower than one star?

I only selected one star because that was the lowest available. You hear of all the things that could happen with moving companies and then you have a Noble Moving & Storage experience and it confirms everything.
From being told, "you're in luck, we have a truck coming from New Jersey to Maryland that is heading to Florida AND we can give you a discount since there is a scheduled route already. We can get this to you in the next 5 to 7 days." The pick-up happened on April 22nd and I just received the delivery on the "night" of May 30th on my driveway. After countless calls and being totally lied to we called the Fairfield police in New Jersey who was embarrassed by the company's action but could only make record of the compliant and told us this was a civil matter since we entered into a written contract with them. They were extremely helpful and did as much as they could. A BBB is in progress -- which was highly recommended to do. This delivery was absolutely a nightmare. I was suppose to get a call 2 to 3 days out that they were in route to Florida. I never did. Instead I received a call saying that they were here and if I didn't take the delivery they would drive it back up to New Jersey. They stated they had one other delivery and then they would call me in about one hour when they were headed my way. The next call I received was "we are outside." It went down hill from there. Neighbors got involved because of the behavior of the main guy in charge who was very intimidating. I'm only 5'2 and this guy towered over me. I was very fortunate that neighbors saw what was happening as he started to raise his voice loudly and they could see him taking parts of my delivery on and off the truck. I'm grateful for the neighbor who inserted himself in the very heated exchange. And what was the exchange about? 1) they didn't call before arriving which caused a frenzy on my street and people trying move their cars (some couldn't move because they were literally sandwiched in by his 16 wheeler transit truck); 2)a balance of $704 that needed to be paid started increasing to an additional $1 per foot from the truck to the house, to $780 to move the furniture in the house (but that's what they're suppose to do per their website "unpacking and set-up") to $900 because of the delay in getting started because cars had to get moved and him going back and forth on what needed to be paid; than to $1,000 and then to $2,000 as he pulled one of my family heirloom chairs off the truck, sat it on the road and sat himself on it. The police had to be called by neighbors of what was happening. All this while he rudely smoked and blew his smoke in my direction the entire time versus turning his head to either side like any sensible smoker would do. After the police spoke with him, again confirming with me it was a civil matter, they still tried to reason with him. He then started to refuse to move my furniture in the house after paying him the $780 (we already paid $2,500 upfront). He threatened to again leave with my furniture and the police strongly recommended that he didn't do that. So he dropped the furniture in the middle of the night on my driveway and left. If it wasn't for the kindness of two of my neighbors,
this irreplaceable custom furniture from my deceased sister's estate would have been ruined as the next morning it stormed relentlessly. So boxes, tapes...etc...was all over my home that I had to dispose of as I unpacked and set up the furniture solo -- hence my very sore back and arms still today (...and what about my neighbors who brought it in the house ...). I would never hire them, they are unethical as they had us sign the contract under false intentions; they do not provide a custom plan as they falsely advertise -- they build your route 'after' the fact based on other orders; they aren't safe or efficient, if they were they would have called to ensure the street was ready to receive them; clearly they don't "unpack or set up" anything; not professional; not reliable; competitive pricing not at all -- look out for the triple columns form , there's one column left blank at pick up which allows the delivery company to put whatever pricing they want -- maybe if Noble was actually noble enough to be upfront and tell their customers the truth; they take no accountability and all their departments point fingers at each other. Yes, I received my items but I'm just in shock reading these recent reviews of those who have not. I have documented this experience including pictures and will take the appropriate actions. If you are looking to make a move -- you may just want to do it yourself with close family and friends. I wouldn't wish this on anyone

I will never trust moving companies…

I will never trust moving companies again. I was quoted one price for a move. Gave it a deposit of $1700.03 days before they were coming. They called me again and told them I need to give them another $850. when they arrive, they still want 581. then did not take all of my things because I was gone over and that require 3200 more dollars and when I drop off, I still need to pay $700. this whole time they told me I was getting a discount but got scammed never dropped off my things can’t get in contact with anyone. I just don’t know what to do. and to think I referred them to my family and friends.

Stole my deposit!

I paid over a grand for a deposit and the movers came to my storage unit. They under quoted me by $9,000.00. So I told them just to move what they originally quoted me for. So the movers moved the items out of my storage unit and left it in the hallway. After that noble told them to just leave. I videod the movers saying they were told to leave and I said I did not tell them to leave or refuse service. I emailed noble for my deposit back and they said I refused service and kept it. Now I have to call my bank to report the fraud and if that doesn't work take them to small claims court. Beware of this company

SCAM... Please DO NOT use this company.
They estimated for $1900 to move one bed room house and listed all my items which is 19 total.
The mover arrived and told me this is way under estimated and asked me to pay $5,800 to move the listed items.
They finally agreed with $1K more to move all the stuffs listed after I decided to cancel and lost my deposit.
I zelled them the extra $1K. They loaded up 4 pieces of items and wanted to go for lunch. Never came back and no paperwork for the pick up.
I called and they said you paid for what you agreed to. Spoke to 2-3 supervisors at Noble and they refused to help or told me to pay with the new estimate from the mover.. Now I don’t know what is happening to my stuffs..This company is deceptive.
I swear that this company business will be ruined for scamming people.

Update: As of today 7/10/2025, no words from them as where and when my stuffs will be delivered.
Been contacting them for over a month via emails and calls…

If I could give the people (customer…

If I could give the people (customer service and Chris with the estimate). I would give a zero. I was told an estimate from a 10 by 10 storage unit. Of course if went up after first $950 deposit for another $975 deposit. This was all after the previous estimate before deposits was $2600. Then got another estimate after paid deposits now $3300 total. For 3 bedroom sets and boxes. They will unload and put furniture together. Ok great. Get to pick up. Load truck cash or cashiers check. It’s Sunday on a holiday weekend. No credit cards accepted. Movers that actually did the labor were great but everything was put inside. “We weren’t told to put anything together”. Took them 40 mins to load and less than an hr to unload. Me and 2 kids did the rest. Waste of money. Get urself a U-Haul before this

Never use this company

Never use this company! We gave our furniture list to two people on the phone before the movers came and were assured the price estimate was solid. The movers were 3 1/2 hours later than their latest window. That was the least of problems. They loaded not even half of our stuff and said they were already at the limit. Basically, for $2,000 more they could add our beds. We refused and told them to unload our totes (6), TV, dresser, and 2 nightstands. They refused. And, they took off with our stuff and left us no paperwork. They were supposed to be here on Thursday. No word from them and we have no stuff.

Update! 6/30/25- after weeks of calling asking for our items, they delivered them. Of course, we had to pay them an additional $400 to drive down our street. We received our items plus 2 additional things that were not ours. We didn’t seem them take those two things off the truck until they left. They were busy telling us we owed them more money. Oh, and our brand new TV was smashed in two places. Listen to me!!!! We were stupid to use these crooks, please don’t be like us!

Another update 7/14/25 See the response below? No one answers that phone number! Also, we filed a claim with no response. I have never had experience with a more terrible company.

Another update 8/7/25, no response from this company! They changed their name but I will continue to warn others not to use them!

I was given an estimate and thought I…

I was given an estimate and thought I git a great deal. A few days before the move, customer support calls and pressures me to pay for more space with him or the when mivers show up the price will go up outrageously. He first suggests 750$, then says 1100$, I look at the revised bill and its actually 1500$ markup from original estimate. I hate being scammed it feels ugly, so I ask to cancel everything. Of course they refuse to refund 1100$ deposit. Its a good scam. Beware of this company.

This company advertises a no stress move, what a joke. They have caused nothing but stress. Can't get a straight answer from anyone that works there. This is a scam. They were not upfront about anything

Those is the worst experience that I have ever with any moving company. The initial contract that was signed almost a month in advance. I was told that they would be at the house to pick up everything on May 21st from 2pm to 6pm. The day before the pick up date, my mother received a call and was told that because of the location of the initial pick up point, which is Lander, Wyoming, that they needed to charge me an extra $400. When my mother had asked if she would be able to get a refund if she declined to pay the extra $400, and she was told no. She would not get any refund at all. Earlier in the morning on May 21st, I received a call from Noble moving and storage, telling me that they would not be able to get there on time and that the time would need to be pushed back until may 22nd. As I am flying back home on May 22nd, I told them that was unacceptable as the date for pick up was May 21st between 2pm to 6pm. They then told me that the earliest that they could be here is in-between 7pm to 8pm and they would keep me updated on the arrival of the truck and that they were driving from Denver Colorado. I gave them a little bit of faith and was waiting until 7:45pm, and I still had not received an update at all. I gave the driver a call, and while I was talking to the driver they told me that they were actually driving from Kansas City, Missouri and would not be here till 1am on May 22nd, and was told that they wouldnt start packing everything up until 7am on the 22nd. I had plans with family in the morning on the 22nd which isn't going to be happening now. I was visiting my family in Lander, Wyoming to bury my Grandmother's ashes and this has just caused an enormous amount of stress on myself, and I have had to cancel multiple plans with my family because of this. I am never going to use this business ever again.

Complete useless and no clue

These movers told me 7 to 14 days until my things arrive, they left california April 29th, it is now may 21st and they still have no clue when my stuff will arrive. Use these movers at your own peril, you may never see your stuff. Even if you get hold of customer service they won't know where your stuff is or have a clue of a delivery date. Worst company I have ever worked with. This is how they treat a 100% disabled veteran

Scammers! Avoid!

They are not movers like their titles suggest. They are a broker that underquotes you and sends your contract to a third party mover who will charge you 2-3x the initial quote when they arrive and start loading. Avoid at all costs!

The absolute worst experience ever. Unprofessional, pushy and unresponsive. Elderly moved with medical supplies and charged half up front for move, the SCAM involves doubling the price to deliver… Upon call made for eta of delivery.
Still no drop or call from Noble Moving and Storage to remedy the issue after 2weeks. Do not trust them. Medical supplies never delivered for elderly people! Elderly abuse, misleading and unethical practices…

Horrific Experience with Noble Moving and Storage

When I booked my move, the sales representative quoted me for 300 cubic feet. When the movers arrived, they assessed my items and assured me that my items would almost definitely fit within that space. I was told I needed to sign for 400 cubic feet “just in case,” which I did in good faith. While packing the truck, I overheard the lead mover instructing another team member in Spanish not to pack the truck tightly because I had already agreed to pay for 400 cubic feet. I speak Spanish and understood the conversation. This behavior was clearly an attempt to inflate the space used and overcharge me. It is deceptive and unethical.

Additionally, the movers arrived three hours earlier than scheduled. Over the phone when they called to ask if they could come early, they said they would help me finish packing at no extra charge, yet I was charged $600 for packing materials and labor.

I also made it clear during the booking process that I had a porcelain table and a large mirror (which each cost an additional $200 on the day of the move). Packing these items should have been in the initial quote. It appears that critical details were intentionally left out in order to drive up costs at the last minute when I had no option but to accept them.

In addition, I was told by the sales representative that delivery would take 5–7 business days. Now I am being told it will take 14–21 days. This is far outside of what I was promised when I agreed to use these services.

Finally, I requested a COI multiple times both over the phone and via email, and I never received one.

This experience has been predatory, misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The total cost of my move increased by 50% on the day of the move—jumping from the original quote of $2300 to $3600. Everything I took with me was included in that initial quote. This kind of last-minute price hike is completely unacceptable and seems to be a bait-and-switch tactic.

When I called the company to attempt to resolve these issues, they told me that everything I said was heresay and didn't matter.
