I purchased the Ninja crispi pro
I purchased the Ninja crispi pro. It turns out that the item was faulty. I returned two items I purchased - a container and the machine itself. I received a confirmation from Ninja that both items have been received by the warehouse HOWEVER - the refund amount was incorrect. They withheld the taxes. I called and the advisor I spoke to told me that that is the correct amount - without taxes and he will only escalate once I receive my refund.
To date, I have still not received any refund and the amount promised is incorrect. I have never heard of any company withholding taxes when doing a refund.
I do not recommend this company's products and the company itself.
Please refund me asap. Ticket#23643254

Rock-solid performance across multiple Ninja appliances
I’ve been using Ninja products in my home for a while now, including a Ninja pressure cooker and countertop appliances, and they’ve consistently delivered exactly what you want from modern kitchen gear: strong performance, simple controls, and reliability.
What I appreciate most is how Ninja designs products for real daily use instead of just marketing. The pressure cooker in particular heats quickly, seals well, and gives very consistent results whether I’m doing quick meals or longer cooks. The build quality feels solid and not disposable, which matters when you’re actually cooking with something multiple times a week.
I also like how easy their products are to clean and maintain. A lot of appliances look good but become annoying to live with — Ninja seems to actually think about the full ownership experience.
Overall I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Ninja to anyone who wants dependable kitchen equipment without overpaying for a luxury badge.
Very bad product way overpriced for…
Very bad product way overpriced for what you get.
I own few of them non last more than 3 years.
Just after warranty expired product does aswell.
Before you purchase anything from this company check reviews but not on their original side.
Check YouTube how people are fixing, look for errors which very often start appearing in first month's of use.
Be aware.
Ordered on Nov 30 2025
Ordered on Nov 30 2025. Product stuck in some airport facility (domestic shipping). Company has been absolutely useless in helping navigate a product that their shipping partner has lost. Bouncing between phone calls and agents. (Twice)Getting "escalated" to the next level of support for the past 10 days. Here is a simple solution , send me a new shipment and sort out your shipping partner on your own time, not mine. Ofcourse it's a given that I have to call this company, they never call back with updates.
The WORST customer service experience
The WORST customer service experience. As a consumer who has a home full of Ninja and Shark products, they just lost a consumer due to an arrogant customer service rep who could barely speak clear English, so chose to speak over me and correct me during the short time that I ATTEMPTED to explain the numerous issues with my $550 Café Luxe, which will now be returned to Costco.
Wrong colour sent
Delivery was really fast but they sent the wrong colour. I ordered sage green and received navy. Can't be bothered with messing about with returns. Also, it doesn't even have a light inside it.
I wish I could give this a zero
I wish I could give this a zero. I ordered the Ninja Never Dull Knife set. It came very quickly so I was super excited. Less than THREE days into having them the handle on one of the knives cracked and the handle on the scissors snapped off. When I reached out I was told I would have to send them back before they would send me a replacement. Their customer service is horrendous and their products are even worse!
I purchased a ninja
I purchased a ninja, professional slashy machine and a little over a year ago.Right before Christmas. It decided that it was not going to cut on. Call ninja customer service of course , the machine is just out of its warranty period which is the year. They cannot help me, nor can. They send a repair person out to try to troubleshoot it or fix the issue with the slusher. The only thing that ninja can offer me is a 30% discount to purchase another machine. Dear ninja, this is bad customer service, and this is a defective ninja.Because clearly after a year , it should not stop working
Three cookers in five years
Three cookers in five years – loyal customer completely let down
I am writing this review with genuine disappointment.
I have been a devoted Shark/Ninja customer for many years. I have purchased multiple products directly from Ninja and from authorised retailers, both for myself and as gifts for others. I trusted this brand so much that I found it hard to consider alternatives.
Sadly, over time, it feels like I have been paying for the name, not durability or quality.
In 2019, I purchased my first Ninja multicooker (the original “one pot”). At the time, I was single and used it lightly — around twice a month. By 2021, once married with children, usage increased, and that is when the problems began.
The cooker:
Started smoking heavily during use
Took longer and longer to cook food
Produced so much smoke that I had to open windows and turn on the extractor fan
Had issues with the air pressure lid/pump coming loose
Despite this, I continued using it until 27/12/2022, when it failed completely with an E20 error. I was told the warranty had expired but was offered 50% goodwill, which I accepted in good faith.
I then purchased another OP500UK. By 25/11/2023, I contacted Ninja again with exactly the same issue — smoking when air frying, which progressively worsened. When I asked why this happens, I was simply told “it happens,” which is not an acceptable explanation for a premium product. Because it was under warranty, the unit was replaced.
I clearly remember telling the agent that a reputable, premium appliance should last at least five years with daily use, and significantly longer with fair usage.
Unfortunately, the replacement followed the same pattern.
By the end of 2024, the cooker was again producing excessive smoke. Cooking times increased, and I was once again opening windows and using the extractor fan every time I cooked. Around seven months ago, I noticed something far more concerning: the non-stick coating on the pan began peeling off, like paint chipping from a wall. It became so bad that after cooking, I had to remove flakes of coating from my food.
Life is busy, and I carried on using it until yesterday, when my daughter said, “Mummy, this is a health and safety concern.” She was right.
When I contacted Ninja again, I was told the warranty had expired in 2024 because the replacement carried a transferred warranty from the original purchase, despite being replaced in 2023. I escalated the matter and was offered 30% off a new unit as a goodwill gesture. I tried to negotiate for 50%, given that this would be my third cooker in five years with the same fault, but was told that policy only allows 30%.
At that point, I declined.
Three cookers in five years is completely unacceptable. I personally know people using basic supermarket-brand appliances (including Asda own-brand) for longer periods, with heavier daily use, and without these safety issues.
I now have no confidence that purchasing another Ninja product would lead to a different outcome, and there is no reassurance this problem would not simply happen again. After reading wider reviews, it seems I may be better off buying a cheaper brand, as the durability appears no worse — and in some cases better — than what I have experienced here.
This is not how I expected my loyalty to end, but sadly, I no longer trust the quality, durability, or value of Ninja products.
It’s been good while it lasted — but this is where my loyalty to Ninja ends.
Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service. Absolutely bunch of incompetent customer services. DEI no doubt. Horrible for a company with desirable products. Will definitely look at other companies in the future
Zeer slecht
Zeer slecht

Posting this as a consumer warning
Posting this as a consumer warning, especially for families with children.
I own a Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker Pro (MC1000 / MC1001). I contacted Ninja customer support and spoke with a supervisor to confirm the non-stick coating materials. I was told the coating is PFAS / PTFE (Teflon-type).
Here’s the important issue that I think consumers deserve to know:
The product packaging and literature explicitly state the cooker is “Oven Safe to 500°F.”
However, PTFE (a PFAS) is well-documented to begin degrading and releasing toxic fumes at temperatures above ~450°F.
This isn’t controversial science:
PTFE decomposition fumes are known to cause polymer fume fever in humans
Fumes are especially dangerous for birds and problematic for enclosed indoor environments
Most consumer safety guidance recommends avoiding PTFE at high oven temperatures
That’s concerning — particularly for households with kids, small kitchens, or poor ventilation.
What adds to the confusion is that PFAS information is inconsistent across retail listings. Some product Q&A claim the PossibleCooker is “PFAS-free,” while SharkNinja’s own chemical disclosure documents show MC1000-series units manufactured prior to 8/15/24 list PTFE (CAS 9002-84-0) as the non-stick coating.
What I recommend if this matters to you:
If you already own one, do not assume “oven-safe” = safe at 500°F if the coating is PTFE
Check your unit’s manufacture date and request written confirmation of coating materials
If you’re PFAS-avoidant, especially with kids, consider returning and choosing uncoated stainless or ceramic alternatives
I’m sharing this so other consumers can make an informed choice — especially when marketing language implies safety at temperatures where PFAS coatings are known to degrade.
Received a different product
I placed a very expensive order, but unfortunately received the wrong product.
I returned the wrong delivery the same day in good order. However, receiving my correct order now seems almost impossible. The return package has already arrived back in Germany, but I still have to wait and see when I will receive my actual order.
It was also intended as a Christmas gift and was ordered well in advance, but unfortunately it will not arrive in time.
I only receive vague answers when I call or email, they are not helpful at all.
If I could give it zero I would
If I could give it zero I would. I go to order a toaster for my sister for Christmas. I get an email to say it’s cancelled and they can’t say why. I call up and they say they use a third party to take payment. They suggest I buy from a retailer and I explain it’s not available and I’ve never had any issues with payments. They suggest. I try again then call back. I do that and they say nothing they can do. To log in and I explain I don’t have an account and they keep telling me to log in and try again and to call back if it didn’t work. I go away set up an account and again it doesn’t work. I call back and they tell me there’s nothing they can do, it’s a third party and that may be it’s coz it’s Xmas and it’s busy. What kind of madness is that? This goes round and round with them stating the same thing and telling me to buy from a retailer when I’ve already told them it’s not available or I would do so because this is painful.
So my sister doesn’t get the present she wanted and I will never purchase from ninja again. If purchasing is that difficult, I can just imagine the after care.
Kan er iemand mij helpen om in contact…
Kan er iemand mij helpen om in contact met hen te komen? Ik ben nu bijna 3 weken op mijn airfryer aan t wachten, maar nog steeds niet ontvangen!
Purchased a Ninja Crispi from Currys…
Purchased a Ninja Crispi from Currys Ireland recently. Had to return the first one as it had visible damage to the unit and scratched all over. Returned for a new unit which has the same issues though not as bad. Build quality seems very poor. Not very good for a product that’s expensive for what it is. I’d recommend avoiding purchasing ninja products after my experience. Surely a product that’s new should be in pristine condition.
Ordered 3 items all in same colour
Ordered 3 items all in same colour, they came two matt one shiny. I have no idea why a simple question of "Does it come in matt? " can't be answered!
Over and over again same conversation but no answer by phone or email. Even got offered a different colour in matt.
So frustrating, options leave me with no toaster, or a shiny toaster, if I return I will definitely not match. Wish I had never ordered if I'm honest, website misleading and mis sold
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 weeks ago in Black Friday sales. For the last 2 weeks it’s apparently been with DHL?!?! Warehouse is 30 mins from my house and they still haven’t delivered, despite delivering products from other companies. Customer service never respond. Claiming another 5 days to process a refund. Won’t let me contact DHL direct. Will never buy from these scam artists again.
