Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei nichefragrance.nl bestellt. Der Versand verlief reibungslos und die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Der Kundenservice ist top – äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Zum Produkt selbst kann ich nur staunen: Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Mit über 50 % Ölanteil stellt dieses Parfum alle anderen in meiner Sammlung in puncto Haltbarkeit in den Schatten.

Mijn bestelling kwam niet door. Nam contact op via watts app. Na 2 minuten al reactie. Een klein foutje was gebeurd, is onmiddellijk recht gezet.
Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een webshop kan met zo een goede service hier verschil maken.

Mijn ervaring met Nichefragrance is meer dan goed!
De verzending is vlot en het word goed verpakt.
Ik had en vraag over een parfum en werd vriendelijk en snel beantwoord via whatsapp want zij zijn via whatsapp goed bereikbaar!
Ik had een parfum besteld maar helaas was deze uitverkocht en ik mocht kosteloos een nieuw parfum uitkiezen.
Ik kan Nichefragrance zeker aanraden om daar te bestellen,dus neem maar gauw een kijkje op hun website!

Ik heb 20 dagen geleden een luchtje besteld maar tot op heden nog niks ontvangen of gehoord van ze, ondanks dat ik twee maal mail heb verzonden met de vraag of ze iets van informatie hebben over mijn zending. Dus vandaar mijn slechte beoordeling over deze site, mocht onverwachts de situatie veranderen en of opgelost worden zal ik mijn mening wellicht aanpassen!

The first time I ordered perfumes from Niche Fragrance, the order arrived like lightning from the Netherlands to Germany. The second time, I had to wait a month for delivery, because they didn't have any perfume, and I was offered to choose another one, which I also pressed for another week. However, they sent me a small gift for waiting a long time. The third time was the last for me, because Niche could not meet the delivery deadlines that he himself specified, and simply canceled my order himself. WhatsApp communication was intense and aggressive. I'll never buy there again. Poor customer service, delivery times are much different from those indicated on the website, and Niche does not hold on to loyal customers. It's a pity, because their range is really good. But these are just pictures, getting your hands on the coveted perfume from Niche Fragrance a lottery. If I could have put a zero, I would have put it without hesitation.

Hier vind je altijd de meest trendy parfums. Tegen concurrerende prijzen, goedkoper dan de rest van de markt. Kwaliteit en assistentie direct via WhatsApp. Ze helpen je bij elke vraag. Ik ben blij dat ik hier kan winkelen.

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 packages from these people. After writing to their mail for over a week, they Finally and were on whatsapp. Just for the seller to tell me my tracking number is not available because there are customs in my country? Either Way, seller was just super rude and started to Call me an annoying customer + threatened they would Call my package back, and started argueing with me over whatsapp. Not that there was much to lose as it has been weeks with nothing, with no package in sight.
Just super dissappointing experience. Bad customer service, and a crazy unapologetic rude seller.
In general, terrible!
Ps never got my package, and waiting for a refund if that even ever comes.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Reageren vrijwel direct op whatsapp.
Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

i never seen better service❤️they answer on whatsapp anytime!!!if i had any problem they will answer imediatly and fix the problem!! if is any delay it is not their fault,is the delivery service but now they will have another delivery service wich will be much better!! all fragrances are original and what you expect to receive you do get it!! i will be a forever client to nichefragrance!!they even helped me find a way for my country to send wich i apreciate so much!! i 100% recommend!! i see some bad review here,that is for sure the competițion,because i dont see what problem they can have because the site is legit and everything well done especially the 24/7 service on whatsapp wich is amazinng!!thank you niche❤️❤️❤️

Unique products that you cannot get somewhere else, and great prices.
With the first delivery there was a small issue, which the company solved quickly and professionally.
Also, to make up for the mistake, there was a small gift (another eau de parfum) in the next (correct) shipment.
Also, they reply quasi immediately on WhatsApp.

Worst expierience ever, bad communication, very unfriendly, disrespectful. Only half of my order came after over 3 weeks, and after asking. Never received the rest, eventhough i was promised it will be shipped. They might have good deals...but good luck with getting it. Never again!
