I placed my order on July 3rd and still haven’t received any update or tracking information. I will update my review once I know more.

I placed an order for three perfumes on May 29, 2025. On June 13, 2025, one of the perfumes was cancelled and refunded by the seller. Since that particular perfume was the main reason for my order, I immediately requested to cancel the entire order and get a full refund for the remaining two items.

Since then, I have received no response whatsoever – I've sent countless emails, none of which have been answered, and I'm still waiting for my refund.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying from this seller.

Beste klantservice ooit! Ik vroeg via app of ik mijn bestelling ook kon afhalen (omdat ik in de buurt woon). Ik kreeg binnen 5 minuten antwoord en kon mijn bestelling al binnen 20 minuten ophalen.

Heel vriendelijke medewerker, komt afspraken goed na. Het product ben ik ook zeer tevreden over. Ik ga hier zeker nogmaals bestellen.

Levertijd duurt iets langer, maar dat wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door de . Betrouwbaarheid en service. Via de Whatsapp binnen uur antwoord van klantenservice . Kunnen andere webshops nog iets van leren.

I had to wait weeks for an answer for an order that was placed in the first week of may. Finally they answer after several messages and mails that they were out of office. They didn’t have the product l ordered, because that fragrance had a longer delivery schedule. Ok, but on their site it was in stock after a few days. Than again no answer for almost two weeks. I annulled my order two times, but they sent quickly the two bottles and made a refund for one. It was not my first order there. The service was good in the beginning but went downfall quickly. Delivery took almost 6 weeks! Never again. And they always blame DPD!

If I could give this company 1 star, I would. I'm genuinely shocked by their high Trustpilot rating, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a perfume that was never delivered. Despite receiving a tracking link, the parcel was never handed over to DPD—even after more than a month. I contacted them on WhatsApp on 6th June and they confirmed that I would receive a refund, but they still haven't provided one

Unfortunately, because I used a debit card, I'm unable to claim a chargeback. This is the first time I’ve ever felt that a company has outright stolen from me.

Avoid ordering from here unless you want to risk losing your money.

Bij mijn laatste bestelling was er een probleem met levering, zeker 3 maanden gewacht en nog steeds niks ontvangen. Telkens kreeg ik berichten als, het komt wel en kreeg zelfs een bericht met wordt vandaag verstuurd. Dat is inmiddels ook 2 maanden terug. Ik wilde als oplossing dan mijn geld terug, maar sindsdien kan ik onmogelijk contact met ze krijgen. Ze reageren nergens meer op. Wat zeer onprofessioneel is! Raad dit bedrijf daarom absoluut niet aan.

Stuurt een verkeerd product op, misleiding op de website met meldingen dat andere mensen net een product hebben gekocht terwijl dat product uitverkocht is. Geeft valse beloftes over wanneer een product weer op voorraad komt.

Contact via de whatsapp loopt snel, binnen 1 uur al reactie terug.

Snel geholpen, telefonisch en via WhatsApp’s zijn zij ook goed bereikbaar

Meerdere keren contact gehad over een bestelling. Er werd steeds gezegd dat het geregeld zou worden, maar uiteindelijk niets ontvangen. Slechte communicatie en geen duidelijkheid. Uiteindelijk ergens anders moeten bestellen. Erg teleurstellend.

Binnen 2 dagen mijn luchtje onyvangen. Ik ga vaker bestellen. Dankje Nichefrangance ❤️

I have ordered last week before the holidays but still haven’t received any tracking number. I have reached out to the customer service via WhatsApp, I was promised that it will be shipped last Friday (30/05). Up until now it has not yet been shipped nor updated. I thought they are quick to reply.

Mijn bestelling werd netjes binnen twee dagen bezorgd. De verpakking was stevig en luxe, echt alsof je een cadeautje uitpakt. Alles zag er verzorgd uit.

I am a UK resident and have been using Nichefragrance for my recent Arabian fragrance purchasers. Allowance must be given for mandatory overseas paperwork to be completed. Their fragrance portfolio is impressive

Communicatie via whatsapp gaat snel. Bestelling was vertraagd en kreeg netjes een extra geur erbij als compensatie

Heel veel keuze en altijd netjes aangegeven wat de verwachte levertijd van de producten is. Snel en goed contact via de app en de parfums worden netjes verzonden. Heb hier al meerdere keren besteld en zal hier ook zeker blijven bestellen.

Updated Review – From 5 Stars to Legal Action

I am updating my previous 5-star review to reflect a very serious issue. I am now pursuing legal action against this company due to what I believe to be consumer fraud.

The situation began when I ordered a specific perfume in bulk. Their website showed 18 units in stock, but the owner told me via WhatsApp that he could send 20. I agreed and paid for 20 units plus €30 for delivery. A few days later, he informed me he only had 10 in stock and refunded me for the missing 10.

After a failed delivery attempt, I agreed to have the order redirected to Germany. Around the same time, he claimed to have found 8 more bottles. I agreed to purchase them, and he offered to send one for free if I left a good review on Trustpilot—which I did immediately, in good faith.

When the shipment arrived in Germany after two weeks, I received only 10 bottles. Upon questioning, the owner claimed it was a mistake—that the order had been split into two boxes and only one was sent. He promised to ship the second box immediately.

Eventually, the second package arrived—but instead of 8 bottles, it contained only 5. When I confronted him, he accused me of being rude and refused to send the remaining 3 bottles I had paid for. He insisted it wasn’t intentional and seemed offended that I suggested otherwise.

This issue has dragged on for months. I requested the missing items again, but instead of fulfilling the order, he issued a refund to an old IBAN account that I had clearly told him I no longer use. I have all communication saved, including WhatsApp messages where he said—and I quote—“you don’t have me for shit.”

When I tried calling to resolve things, he hung up on me and followed up with messages stating that I was “rude,” that he “does not wish to assist me,” and that I was “just making conversation.”

Unfortunately, this has left me no choice but to pursue the matter legally.

Avoid this company at all costs. The business practices are deeply unprofessional, and the owner's conduct has been appalling.

Ik ben heel tevreden met mijn nieuwe winkel ik heb precies gevonden wat ik wou legit parfum grote assortiment en vlotte levering en top service en klantenservice heel aardig en bereikbaar, ik ga hier vaker bestellen!
