Easy to use, good customer support
Easy and understandable system to select and identify car. Good range though might be helpful to explain that some models have been removed when they are no longer available. Customer support is excellent.

Lack of comms - updated review
Lack of comms. I had to chase my employer and the car up. Car wouldn't have arrived within the time-frame given if I hadn't called again, 30th September the car is due and was given July/August delivery date not Aug/Sept as initially wrote. I understand delays happen but it is not the customers job to be chasing both parties to get the service completed. It's surprising that if you change your mind re colour that you would have to obtain a new quote and start the whole process again, even when the colours are same price etc and not one of which is additional cost. I am hoping the service when the car is in my possession is easier than the service obtaining it. - update received car on specified date and the chap who dropped it off was really friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Drop off definitely better than the order so I have increased the star rating.

Amazing service from order until the…
Amazing service from order until the car turned up. Whenever I called customer service for updates or info the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Was the first time using NHS Fleet Solutions but it has been an amazing experience and love the car and service including aftercare. Thank you !!
