Pod point nightmare
Fleet not so much with issues apart from taking months to get the car however pod point who you have to use for the electric point is a nightmare mine still does not work and no one seems to be in a hurry to fix it and therefore costing my a fortune

Great communication just before the date of delivery/collection and on the day itself. The initial 08:00 - 18:00 window is narrowed down to one hour slots for delivery, inspection and collection.

The communication of the dealership was subpar
The communication of the dealership was poor. I got no update about the progress of the car till a week before it was ready. It also exceeded the 3 months time frame. I understand this is not the general timeframe as a friend of mine got his own car (same model) within 6 weeks.
Other than that, I will absolutely recommend NHS Fleet. It's a great option and I have been enjoying the car.

My 3rd car through NHS fleet
This is my third car through NHS Fleet, and the whole process has been flawless. You really couldn’t ask for more. Communication has been excellent at every stage, with timely updates throughout. I was even kept informed about the shipping status of my new car. The tax and other related formalities were also handled smoothly and efficiently. I’ve had a great experience once again and would highly recommend NHS Fleet to anyone considering a car through the scheme.

It took nearly 6 months to get my car…
It took nearly 6 months to get my car delivered,and inside of the car was total dirty with dirt and mud inside all corners and seats and everywhere.But delivered at correct date and early on that date as requested.
