Really good service from start to finish. Despite all the negative reviews I had a seamless service with great communication. Reasonable prices too compared to other NHS lease schemes.

Could of gone better
Could of gone better. The diff departments dont talk to each other had the car over a month and then told I would be expected to make a double payment because they never told one dept they had delivered it. Leaving me out of pocket because of there failures .so so far not impressed

Shocking Communication
Constantly passed between departments who seemingly do not converse with each other with nobody willing to take the time to understand the situation and advise how it can be resolved. Failure to respond to emails for months at a time and when a response was received it was generic text where the responder had clearly not bothered to read the initial query. Make it almost impossible to get through on the phone and consequently left without any answers but with deductions still coming out of wages.

Great service from NHS Fleet Solutions
The process was easy and support was there when I needed it. The only part that was missing was communication nearing the deliver period for the vehicle. This did not allow for easy planning and preparation for sale of my current vehicle, change of insurance etc.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Car has broken down twice tues and AA report to be seen straight away and no appointment until 1 month later- 6 days later the car breaks down - they are not very good at dealing with problems and told me they will deal with it within 8 weeks and now I have no car for work and need it to do my job role - people get lease cars so they are reliable and sorted out quickly this would put me off getting another lease car as the service from start to finish has been very very poor - the customer service assistants aren’t helpful - they see it as pays the bill job and aren’t supportive in helping customers out and they send you round in circles with no solution - very very poor customer service skills and I am shocked by the level of service receive from start to finish

Very swift and easy process
Very swift and easy process for a very reasonable price. I now have a brand new EV with all costs included, and coming out of my pay, so I don’t have to think about it. I just need to plug in and drive. Would highly recommend for anyone eligible to get a vehicle through NHS Fleet Solutions
