Fast, clear and fluid application process

Was a great opportunity for me to be able to purchase an item I really wanted but didn’t have the money at the time to pay upfront and the option to make payment via Newpay account was a life saver. Was quick and easy to apply and I got approval in minutes and thereafter setting up direct debit payments was straight forward too. Thank you so much for this payment option.

Some ex-tenants of my mother have opened a credit card in my mothers name and ran up a huge debt. I called Newpay and was so impressed by the level of customer service. Casey, the lady that dealt with my call was so helpful and reassuring. She was competent and efficient at getting me the right information. She explained everything so thoroughly and put my mind at ease. We will be calling again for my mother to speak to someone directly. I hope I get Casey again but I'm confident that whomever I speak to will ne just as helpful. Thank you Casey for all your help 😊

It was seamless stressless and a pleasure to deal with newpay. There was a Ln escooter that I have had my eye on for a while now but was out of my reach due to price but newpay helped me aquire the scooter and spread the cost over a year so I can now have my dream scooter and infact do have it so thank you newpay.

No way to apply
1- Downloaded the app
2- Tried to sign up. It takes me to a Web page where One it shows you the purchase. 2 elegibility check link don't work because it takes you back to the beginning
At newpay, you seriously need to sort your app and website glitches and fix it
I'll try to apply another day. Meanwhile I unistallled the app due to security concern
