I ordered a pair of curtains from New Edge Blinds via Tesco’s online marketplace and received the wrong item I ordered. I was advised my original order size was out of stock. What followed was a week of complete frustration and appalling customer service.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, they refused to provide a return slip and were dismissive and rude in their communication. I escalated the issue through Tesco’s customer service, including their WhatsApp platform and even their executive complaints team. Tesco representatives tried to intervene, but New Edge Blinds still failed to cooperate.
This experience has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I would strongly advise others to avoid New Edge Blinds. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, shop elsewhere.

Extremely poor experience with NewEdgeBlinds. I placed an order on the 8th of Dec and never received. My order has been delayed for weeks with repeated claims of “failed delivery attempts” that are completely false. I was home every time and have Ring camera footage proving no courier attended.
I even took time off work to wait for a promised delivery by 5pm — again, nothing. No knock, no call, no delivery.
Customer service acknowledged the issue but nothing changed. Being told I can’t cancel or get a refund for a “custom” item that never arrives ,is unacceptable. Total waste of time and very unprofessional. Will escalate this issue ,as I feel I have been scamed, back and forward emails ,waste of time.

I ordered a curtain pole from New edge blinds from the debenhams website and the cost was £65.75 after purchasing the item, i was browsing the web on the range website and they could get the excact same curtain pole from new edge blinds but the cost was £51 How can that be.
secondly the item description is not what the item actually is i wanted and was described as polished nickel. when the item came it was black dull colour.
thridly the couriers they use DX logistics are not very good. i wasnt in to receive my item. However, i got a message saying they had left the item with a neighbour. However, when i ask that neighbour they didnt know nothing about this. i then got home to find that they had just left it outside no signature no calling card like they siad they had left. no good at all.

I would avoid them at all cost, please read the other reviews, we had to get a third party to force a refund as our item never showed up and they refused to help other then saying to wait, after a month we had to get help from the bank for a refund

Quick delivery from inital order. Blinds are easy to fit...instructions are good. Quality is good. Operate cleanly with no issues. Will use you again when we need!!

I have not been able to arrange for someone to fit the blind for me yet. However, I have taken it out of the tube to check the length and can see that part of the bottom edge has been folded back on itself. I imagine that this will show when the blind is put up. I am hoping there will be someone available to speak to me tomorrow afternoon 29/12 so I can discuss whether this needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, I am disabled so I'm not able to take it out of the plastic wrapping and attempt to iron out the crease.

I purchased 1 mknth back via B&Q platform and item is not recievd and nor have they refunded my money. Now they do not seem to respond as well. I have to take this up as a fraud from.my bank. Do not ever purchase from this brand

The product when it finally arrives is ok and the customer service are responsive and polite. Unfortunately they seem to have trouble in delivering the product. I ordered a curtain pole and one month later I was able to put the pole up, after ordering a connector part myself from Amazon and using our own screws. The pole arrived missing all these parts in a broken box 2 weeks late. They then sent out the missing fixings and brackets (which I had to ask twice for) which eventually turned up 3 days late and missing all the screws and rawl plugs. At one point when the pole was missing they said they had sent a replacement; they didn't as the original one turned up less than 12 hours after they said they would send one. After that we had a slightly farcical email exchange where they insisted the missing pole that eventually arrived was the replacement. I gave up on that fight. In short, they are polite and the product is ok, although extremely badly packaged. There was an element of having to chase them when things went quiet and I still didn't have a product, but they were always polite, just didn't follow through with what they said they would do. I would recommend ordering anything with an extremely long lead time just in case. I never thought I would have such a long email thread and have to wait so long for a curtain pole.

It’s a nice blind but would appear to be old stock as a bit grubby and chrome eyelets tarnished a bit.

Ordered a new blind online, followed the measuring guide and blind came in a matter of days. Super easy to fit and really good quality it looks great in my sons new room and he loves it too. Great company, will return.
