Placed an order 12 Feb for a track, chased up on the 19 Feb and was told "the courier has placed the shipment on hold because of insufficient address details" in spite of providing correct address details, provided details again
New edge then as of 23 feb have just informed me that they are going to provide these details to the courier
UPDATE - the order has been received, New Edge informs me that the there was an issue at the couriers end. However either New Edge or the courier should update the client of the issues.
The product is acceptable for the purpose

I bought a curtain pole and it is great :) very easy to put up, arrived quickly and look very nice. I made a mistake and it was a little bit too long but I sawed it down a bit and drilled a new hole for the finial with no problem. Thanks

Great experience, I needed to check what was included with a curtain rail and received a very helpful and prompt response from the customer service team. Item also arrived promptly and everything was as expected. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Ordered two blinds in chocolate. One came damaged and they sent black as replacement. Went through paypal resolution and they favoured the seller. They wanted me to pay return costs when they are in the wrong.
After pp decision I appealed and I won the case as wrong colour sent. Fully refunded.

Wrong size blind was received and I have been waiting for nearly a year for a replacement blind to be sent to me. Each time I email I am fobbed off and told it will be in stock in a couple of weeks and sent straight out to me. Still waiting. Terrible service.

Been reported for defamatory reviews. Absolutely pathetic. I spent good money with this company and NEVER received my goods. They were impossible to get hold of in regards to getting my money back and I had to get my money back through my credit card company!! Absolute scam company who will in turn report your TRUTHFUL reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I used New Edge Blinds to purchase a new roller blind from their extensive catalogue. It arrived in a great protectective cardboard tube and labelled "Fragile", so a lot of care went into that side of it before I'd even opened the tube. The roller blind is really lovely, good quality, with all the fittings accounted for. I feel it is good value for money. I had just one minor question about fitting the brackets (not anything related to the company but to my actual window surround) and they could not have been more helpful. The advice they gave freely was exactly what I needed to know. First class customer service and I'm really happy with my purchase. You can find their online store on Amazon too. I recommend them for any type of blinds you may need.

Very poor curtains.
Ordered white they were a silver/grey colour but they insisted they were white. Against all white furniture and white bedding they were 100% grey.
Poor customer service, not interested in what I had to say. Would not recommend ordering from this company direct or through 3rd party. (Sold in Debenhams, Boohoo etc)

Parts missing in initial delivery but after a very persistent battle with various different delivery services the parts were delivered! Cannot fault Keenan and his team for personally making sure this issue was sorted.
The blind kit itself is very sturdy and the mechanism is smooth running, making this a great option for both professional and homemade Roman blinds.
Knowing how dedicated they are to making sure the order was fulfilled I would happily use them again.

We bought the no drill blind. No relevant fitting instructions were included. We contacted the company and they explained that they didn’t have any instructions but that the fitting was via a pressure/tension system. This has not worked. We do not recommend this company for their no drill blinds or aftercare. The product is not fit for purpose. They have said that we would need to pay for a return.
In reply: you were unable to send any visual instructions (we have email evidence) and we have bought the exact blinds that are supposed to fit our Fakro skylight (can supply proof of this).
Update 22-5-26: The company got in touch to resolve this issue. We were able to return the item at extra no cost and received a refund. The no drill blind requires screws for fitting - this is contrary to what is (still) written on the website which says “no screws” and why we purchased this item in the first place.

My first order was for a pole and sphere finials, these were all well packaged and received in an appropriate timescale. I then ordered another pole and sphere finials, these were delivered with the wrong finials and was missing a couple of brackets. I contacted the company and I received the correct items within a couple of days which I thought was excellent service. I would certainly use them again.

The blinds arrived promptly but me heart sank when I saw the amount of tape on the box. The blind had previously been shipped to another customer and we all know what that means! Missing parts! Contacted them which was easy and very good with communication BUT, despite providing evidence that the item had been tampered with and parts were missing I could return at my inconvenience and only get a replacement once the return had been cleared or get the missing/broken parts delivered to fit myself. Overall, not impressed as im awaiting a reply as the missing/broken parts are not in stock.

Never leave bad reviews but the customer service is awful. Ordered 130cm drop blinds from b&q, came and only measured to 120cm - brought this up with them and they tried to tell me it’s the way it’s manufactured and that you have to choose 130cm drop to get that. On the b&q website they are all 130cm drop and advertised as that!! Wouldn’t even give me half my money back for the midsold item. They knew I no longer had the original packaging so couldn’t get a refund either. Avoid!!! wish I read these reviews before ordering, seems I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with them.

Now this is a company with outstanding customer service. Its rare to find any company who wants to communicate with their customers these days and New Edge are definitely an exception to the rule. They replied really quickly when I emailed about the sizes of blinds that I needed to order based on my measurements....even replying on a Sunday! I'd seen their products on a major high street DIY store website but the sizes were limited so I went direct to New Edge on line and I'm so glad I did. Loads and loads of different sizes available direct. Since delivery, which was really quick, they've also provided an after sales email to check that I'm happy. Ive only put one of the three night and day blinds up so far but it looks amazing. Would definitely recommend and will look forward to using them again if I need more blinds.

I ordered the hidden curtain track from New edge blinds. I am not a very handy person in general however the step by step manual was really easy to follow and I managed to install the track perfectly! The price of the track was also really decent in consideration to the quality of the materials. Will be ordering again!

The Roman blind kit arrived promptly. During making the blind I noticed that one of the kit components was missing .My email was replied to immediately, and a replacement part was sent out by return of post . They have even emailed me to make sure that the new parts arrived safely and that I’m happy with everything. Really excellent customer service , and the blind kit itself is good quality and was well priced.
