J'ai déjà fait quelque commandes de cette compagnie, la livraison a toujours été très rapide. Cette fois l'expédition de la commande a été un peu plus longue, je les ai donc contacté pour savoir si il avait un problème avec ma commande. Ils m'ont répondu très rapidement, il avais des articles qui étaient non disponibles, donc je leur ai donner d'autres articles et voilà le lendemain tout est réglé. Très bon service, je recommande, ils ont tellement de choix dans leur boutique.

Since I started to order from new craft day I've had no problems, each order was received in good condition and on time. This is the first time I've had an issue but the customer care has gone above and beyond to find replacement fir two items which are out of stock. I can't thank them enough for this.

i am so thankful for the quick response. i emailed them regarding one of my order everything was in good condition but one item did not. i know that returning the item back was not going to happen but they came back and gave me a coupon and im so grateful for that. thank you again. im very happy indeed

I sent an email regarding my order and they responded overnight. They explained some of the order was out of stock delaying the postage time, but they offered to bump up the postage time and ask the warehouse to make mine the first to be posted within the next few days. I feel confident that they will do what they say they will do.
