My experience is meeting the Newark Cylinder Team. They are extremely approachable and friendly. They aim to deliver what the customer needs.

Got on the phone with someone and sorted my gravity cylinder in no time. Sent a drawing, they gave advice, I changed some things and sent my final draft. Got a quote, which I accepted. Got an invoice, payed and received my item after arranging a delivery date. So easy.

Good sales service and league time excellent aftersales service.

I needed a bespoke tank making to replace a buffer tank in a tight space, with an emersion and a pressure valve and the existing connections. The team at Newark did a great job, even getting some special brackets made for me. The finished job fitted perfectly, quick turn around and at a reasonable price. Thanks again guys!

Great experience ordering from Newark. We needed a one-off stainless cylinder at short notice and they were not only good value for money but managed to deliver faster than quoted, just when we needed it. The quality is excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Major leak from our 18year old Albion , contacted Mark and in no time he had put my mind at ease , worked with my drawings (scribble) and supplied a new thermal store. All the staff at Newark are really helpful and friendly and know what they are talking about. Had the unit delivered within 3 days of the order being placed and fitted today everything lined up really well so able to use most of my old fittings. Truly a 5 STAR service.

Needed a bespoke cylinder quickly. Sent the details, Mark responded very quickly with a detailed price and delivery schedule. Once ordered I received a call telling me when the courier would deliver. Courier was superb and arrived well packaged. Product high quality and built exactly to the drawing I sent. Wonderful to deal with a company that gets things right first time. I have known the owners of Newark Copper Cylinders since 2003, as a buyer of there cylinders in my own design as a thermal store. I returned to Newark last year with an updated design, which Mark was happy to produce for me. After 6 sales and good feed back, I decided to replace my 17yr Old Made in China with Newark Made in UK.

I bought a Thermal Store from Newark a couple of years ago and only just fitted it. They couldnt be more helpful. I e-mailed Tom in the last couple of days and had very quick responses to my questions. Tom was most helpful. Thoroughly recommend them

Not only do you get a good product, their delivery time is great. But more than that, these guys rectified an issue I had, amazing quickly and were even willing to make adjustments to their website when a problem was pointed out. There are not many companies out there who go the extra mile, but Newark Cylinders did. Six stars.

Bespoke 55 litre, twin coil, narrow boat horizontal calorifier fabricated and delivered in 5 days, excellent communications, friendly helpful interfacing, slim cradle for tight space, superior insulation to that being replaced - highly recommended supplier

Cylinder has been installed for 5 years now with no problems- apart from the effect of hard (ish) water on the regulator valve! Very easy to use web-site where I ordered a new valve, following instructions about relevant one for my cylinder. It arrived the next day, complete with a new flexible hose and tundish.

Newark were very fast and responsive, Ordered on Friday - Delivered on Tuesday. Great Communication in-between. Overall great service from start to finish
