Oh my goodness I don’t know where to start !
From the very first time I spoke to Caroline the customer service has been second to none !
Basically we had a Tornedo cylinder installed a few years ago during a big remodel project at our house and it’s sadly failed and the guy that installed it never registered it for the warranty
and never serviced it !
Anyway we have bought a new one direct and had it fitted this week direct from the company and every single email and phone call has been dealt with super fast and efficiently
Today I’ve phoned up to register the cylinder as instructed by the fitter but it’s already been done !
I would highly recommend this company and will use them every year for the service

Sean in the Technical Department answered my questions swiftly and gave me some useful advice on solar integration

Excellent technical support from Trevor Roe. Despite the fact that I started off using a technical term incorrectly he was very patient and very quick to respond. The cylinder hasn't been ordered yet (that's my next step) but so far Telford have been excellent.

Peter was really helpful and patient when explaining my hot water system to me, he took the time to explain things to me in a way I would understand!
