Such a nice flat in a lovely area called Azizi riviera,which is 15 min from downtown , building has swimming pool and gym, flat in clean and has everything u can need
P.S. I want to add some update - be careful 2 weeks after your checkout they will try to scam some money from u “for damages” , for damage to an already not new damaged flat.

Excellent location! Walk distance to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall and many other attractions. The apartment complex is amazing, great infrastructure and amenities. Host was very friendly, helpful and the communication as on point. It’s also a good location for pick ups for those that are planning on doing excursions. I will definitely book it again when I go back to Dubai.

Absolutely in the heart of Petite France and so quiet at the same time! You can explore the whole Strasbourg on foot. Great places to eat just a few steps from the front door. Geoffrey was excellent in communication and we had no issue with checking in or out. The place is just fine for two people and the sofa bed more comfortable than we had expected.

The loft was in a great location near the underground, small but has all the amenities needed. Perfect place to stay if you’re spending a week in London.

I stayed with Nestify Vacation for 15 days and the experience was excellent. I didn’t face a single issue during my stay. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. The building was quiet, exceptionally clean, and everything was perfectly tidy.

Communication with the Nestify Vacation team was smooth, fast, and very professional, which made the whole experience stress-free. Check-in and check-out were extremely seamless and well organized.

Honestly, if I get the chance, I would definitely choose Nestify Vacation again without any hesitation.

We recently had a stay in Dubai and it was amazing. Our holiday was so much more relaxing knowing we had a reliable Airbnb and host. Communication was brilliant and check in was smooth. Property was spotless and perfect location.

The host provided a great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and all instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, exactly as described. Everything went smoothly during the stay and at checkout. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this host and property. 10/10

Was renting an apartment in Dubai for a week through Nestify in UAE (via booking.com). Had to pay in advance when I booked, and got instructions about self-check-in and info that I can check in from 3PM. The day before departure, I found out that self-check-in arrangement has ceased to work and Nestify only sends agents to check in customers between 3 and 8 PM (my flight, as many intercontinental ones) landed much later, and I was forced to book the hotel on a very short notice, and check in the day later. Har really never had worse experience with the rental. don't know about Nestify in general, but the UAE branch is scamming customers. (P.S., the apartment now has fairly bad reviews at booking.com, so the owner is losing money by using Nestify).

Samuel was very informative, easy to contact and very helpful with local information. The apartment didn't disappoint either. It was as beautiful as the pictures show. I would definitely book this host and apartment again.

The place itself was very comfortable for a family of four, and the location was perfect. There's two tube stations really close by and Hyde park is a short walk.
There's lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores on the street
Zena was great as a host. She always responded promptly and was very helpful. She gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and even gave suggestions on what we could do when we had a later flight and wanted to stow our luggage.
We enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely well equiped, clean quiet apartment. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord and walking distance to Montmatre and the metro. Key pick up from local shop and access to apartment with key fob made check in easy. A great base to use to explore Paris.

Giving property to Nestify is huge loss! They give fake analysis to take property for listing and then every month change account manager and don’t do anything for listing! Property in heart of Dubai they keep months without occupancy and don’t do any efforts to get booked! It’s a worst ever and extremely unprofessional company to deal with! Only those who want to lose money and waste time go listing through Nestify! I can share my whole experience if anyone would like to write to me.

Good communication, clean flat

As a solo female traveler this place was perfect for me. It’s a nice comfortable little studio with everything you need, including a washing machine, and everything working well.
The location is absolutely great, very safe, very chic, with a nice view on the Eiffel Tower when walking home, the metro line 8 just around the corner, groceries stores and cafes all around.
Eric is also a responsive host.
I would definitely love to come back!

I rented a flat in Bristol for 3 months via Nestify. While the flat itself was very nice but I got a distinct sense throughout that Nestify did not take good care of the apartment and throughout the experience were interested in doing the minimum work they could get away with.

Communication was poor throughout. When trying to negotiate the lease, Nestify frequently needed nudging or reminding about my questions for the landlord, and generally were lacking in attention to detail around the whole contracting process

The flat did not feel well looked after. The lockbox for the keys was borderline unusable, the washing machine extremely mouldy, the cleaning appliances were broken or needed a good clean. I reported these issues, along with a handful of minor maintenance issues that came up during our 3 month stay, and in general whatever I reported to the agent was met with the response that it would be passed on to the relevant team but I generally never heard any further and no action was taken except for the couple of things that I chased on.

There are many far more competent managing agents around and I would think twice about trusting my own flat to Nestify to manage.

An excellent stay. The place is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We felt right at home, and Niamh is an attentive and always helpful host. Highly recommended.
