This apartment is great for a group of 4. The couch is huge and means everyone can spread out comfortably. The kitchen is brand new and has all the equipment you need to cook. The heating and wifi work well and Leo was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd be happy to stay again!

I stayed in this studio for a month and a half, and I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more! Everything was perfect. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to stay in several different studios in Paris for short periods, and this one was by far the best.
The studio was spotless and tastefully decorated with a modern design. Despite its compact size, it was very functional. It had everything I needed to prepare simple meals, including a microwave and hotplates. I particularly appreciated the desk area, where I spent a lot of time working.
The location is ideal — in a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants — yet the street itself is quiet and peaceful.
Victoria was very responsive and helpful, always replying to my messages promptly. All the information about the house rules and how everything works was clear, and everything was handled very professionally.
I highly recommend this place!

Facile d’accès, avec une belle vue.

We had a very disappointing experience renting out two units in Dubai with Nestify. The company does not appear to act in the landlord’s best interest. Many staff members work remotely and were not reachable during Dubai business hours, and frequent staff changes left us without consistent support. Nestify also lost our house key, requiring us to replace the locks at our own expense. Ultimately, the rental income achieved was less than half of what was initially projected.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of the stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep.

The location was ideal — convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation — which made getting around very easy. I also appreciated the apartments facilities, which were clean and well organized.

Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and value. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto comoda vicinissimo alla metro e fermata del tram , servita da molti negozi! La casa è piccola ma ha tutto ciò che serve . Charles è un host molto gentile e disponibile sempre presente e qualsiasi richiesta o problema era subito pronto ad aiutare

Ryan’s place was absolutely lovely — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay.

The flat is in a quiet area, yet very central, with fantastic transport connections that made getting around London extremely easy.

Ryan was a fantastic host: friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout. I booked the flat for my parents while they were visiting London, and they felt very comfortable and well looked after.

Highly recommend! The location is perfect just steps from the train station, which made getting around easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Panagiotis was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This was such a wonderful stay, the home was very colorful and well stocked with anything you could need. The neighborhood was easy to navigate, so close to the river and easily walkable to major bus routes.

Logement bien placé et à proximité des commerces mais aussi des différents moyen de transport pour rejoindre Londres. Le logement est équipé de tout ce qu’il faut. Je recommande :)

The house is located close to the highway and not far from the city center by car (or public transport). It is not a top area in Dublin, but being a gated private property makes it safe and very convenient.
We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again for sure.

I hired one of their apartements through Airbnb. The accomodation and experience were great.

Die Unterkunft ist für 5 Personen ausreichend und ein besonderes Erlebnis, vor allem Silvester in der 19. Etage kann ich sehr empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt!
