I was a newcomer from the United States to Scotland for the first time, and the service and conversations I had with the folks at ness music were so genuine and friendly!! I ended up buying a Tanglewood TWUD and to this day it is my favorite instrument that I own. I still remain in contact with the owners because of the incredible exceptional experience I had. When I visit Scotland again there is no doubt in my mind that I will revisit ness music

Very helpful and knowledgeable service. I was unsure about certain leads I would need for an amplifier i had bought, after sending a message I recieved a reply back soon after helping me decide from 3 different options.. The lead arrived days later. One very happy customer.👍

Paul is just an amazing guy
Paul is just an amazing guy, bought a charvel San Dimas, provided an all inclusive set up for the guitar. I am very impressed with the level of service from Ness Music, this has got to be the best local music shop in the Highlands.
