From the minute I stepped into Ness music store I was treated brilliantly. The staff answered my questions and weren't biased towards my purchase of a new guitar. They where totally professional from tge get go which although I was going to wait a few weeks decided due to the professionalism to go ahead with my purchase that day. Can't thank them enough for the service I received and didn't push me towards other more expensive brands. Thank you love my guitar.

I came in for a new guitar and wasn’t really sure what I was after. I received great service through demos of different guitars and a shot of a couple. Very helpful advice was given too.

The visit to the shop was a joy
The visit to the shop was a joy. Friendly staff whom I felt able to talk to which isn’t always the case in a guitar shop. They were happy for me to try any guitar and if I had had the cash I would have bought the SG as well as the Gretsch I did get. Excellent service and I will be back even though I am 200 miles away.

Friendly and helpful team
Paul was very friendly and helpful when I first went in to look at a digital piano. I ended up collecting it the next day and met Mike, who carried it out to my car for me! Will definitely be spending my money with these guys when I look for a new case :)

Guitar purchase
I am absolutely delighted with the purchase of the electric/acoustic guitar that I made recently from Paul at Ness music, after a phone call to Paul asking if he could recommend a guitar to me he kindly forwarded details of a Tanglewood guitar. It is absolutely perfect and I am delighted with the service I received from Paul and his colleague and will certainly return in the future

Shop ceiling speakers
Got new ceiling speakers fitted in my barber shop by Ness Music. All I can say is wow!! I’ve got 2 speakers splitting 3 chairs, these are perfect as they don’t project the noise too far and you can easily speak on the phone at the other side of the room whilst anyone else can hear the music well. The sound that comes off them for the price is unreal. Amazing value for money and I thoroughly recommend ness music!!
