Sidequest TGC Recenzje

Made a mistake ,purchased the item in error, full refund given no problem's.

Fast delivery items as described would use again

Amazing customer service. Was able to accommodate my special request with ease. No problems. Super fast response time and really just the best customer experience. Will for sure buy again!

It's a birthday gift for my Grandson. Therefore it is currently wrapped up and awaiting it's grand opening next week. I've given full marks as i'm sure it will be just as advertised.

I just ordered and came to my home like it as nothing

Items were exactly as expected, delivery was really quick and was kept updated the whole time. They helped my daughter complete her collection of figures so an extra star from me!

Perfect, as always

Very well priced. Very happy with my purchase. Well packaged too in recyclable packaging. Super fast dispatch.

I know the owner, he's a great guy! Plus he recently hand delivered a parcel to my door within an hour of ordering it.

I never received the products. I tried to find a way to reach out and notify them so I could rectify the situation but haven’t been able to find a clear way to do so. I’m so disappointed as the items were for my young son who was so excited to receive them. He’s checked the mail every day since for his package and it’s never there. But, I’m being asked for a review of products I didn’t even get. Communication has been poor and customer service is non-existent.

Customer service was amazing!!
Couriers lost our 1st package. But Sidequest kept me informed every step of the way. My little one open his package today and he was delighted.
Will definitely be ordering from sidequest again!!

Excellent service so prompt

Great product and speedy delivery.. I would definitely recommend

My order arrived quickly and in great condition.

I made an error with an address autofill, emailed the company and they were able to adjust and sort out my mistake. Great experience.

Delivery fast, and item I perfect condition 👌🏻

Very pleased once again with my experiences with Sidequest TGC .. Great products at really great prices, speedy delivery, well packaged & quick responses if you have a question or request! What more can you ask for? … These are the important values I look for when choosing somewhere to shop, the care of the customers, response time, can you actually contact someone …. I’d advise everyone to shop here instead of the big guys! You can’t go wrong, show them your support!! … Fabulous products, prices & service!! Thank you Sidequest TGC for another great purchase & experience, I will be back for more soon! ….. Keep up the great work & I wish you a fabulous 2024 of growth & success!!
