11/6/22 UPDATE: I am updating my review - my prior review was basically “set expectations low (about waiting time), be happy.” My main gripe was the waiting time for shipment of product. Here are my current thoughts:

Best qualities from neon beach - the quality of product and customer service. I have purchased two items from neon beach, both times I was nervous because shipping time and other negative reviews. To say it simply, their customer service team is awesome and deserve major kudos. If you were in the same position as me and nervous for when your sign arrives, I would just reach out and put your mind at ease. They are really great and more than reasonable.

Cons: shipment time, lack of updates. I signed up to the shop app but for whatever reason, updates were few and far between - my order was set as ‘processed’ even though a month had passed. GRANTED my order ended up shipping within the estimated time, so, maybe I shouldn’t complain.

Overall experience is a 5 - price is probably among the best you’ll find, quality is more than I could have asked for, and I will eventually be ordering a third time while hoping my patience has somewhat improved :)

Sign is awesome, was delivered in a timely manner with plenty of updates along the way. Makes for a great present will definitely be ordering more in the future from these guys!

Really impressed with my neon sign from Neon Beach. It looks amazing in person and was packaged very well to ensure no damage in transit which I thought was great. Super easy to hang up, and I love the three light settings to make the sign dimmer/brighter. Very high quality, great service, would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

Customer service is amazing. I bought a sign about 2 years ago and it was not lighting up anymore. RJ with customer service emailed back and forth with me several times to ensure that I got it working and then worked with me afterward to ensure that everything with the light was working properly. And it all happened in record time. I am not sure I have ever had any customer service take such good care of me. Thank you so much, Neon Beach and RJ!

Ordered a neon sign of my company logo. I sent them the graphic as a vector file and they translated it into a sample image of how the neon sign would appear. I was really happy with the design and the neon sign arrived within the timeframe they recommended and was a superb likeness to the design they produced. Really happy with the sign and would definitely order from here again.

I went through the process of designing a custom sign a few months back and the representative I spoke to was very professional and helpful. Delivery was quick considering is a custom design and the sign itself is stunning. I'd recommend the remote colour changing option if you're thinking about it - it's a huge upgrade! Overall very happy with my order 😁

Amazing custom neon sign, fast delivery time and great customer service

Totally useless.

Made an order weeks ago and had to chase numerous times to find out where it is. Made it very clear I needed it in a specific timeframe.

Eventually asked to wait a few days while they 'locate my order'.

Clearly never made the sign and were just buying time.

Leider kam meine erste Bestellung beschädigt an, was ja mal passieren kann. Der Kundenservice war sofort verfügbar und hat extrem schnell geantwortet und eine Lösung gefunden. Ich habe zum Austausch ein neues Schild erhalten!

Don't order here, it is a scam.
You will pay, but you won't receive the LED Sign, we ordered 8 weeks ago and still didn't receive anything. The company is not responding to emails or anything else. So don't order here!

It is a complete Scam, they are still asking now about order numbers and payements and I paid two monts ago. Please don't order here! Onyl if you like to loose money. Also the people answerering my emails now, they ask the same questions over and over again.
