Love the sign! they are sooo cool and easy to set up. Came in like 3 days as well.

The product arrived much quicker then expected and is absolutely perfect. I especially liked the update emails which told me how the signs are made.

I bought the sign for my wedding but will re-use it as house decoration after. This sign can be dimmed and turned off and on with a remote which is such a handy feature!

I would definitely recommend this company and it’s high quality products.

Bought a 17th bday prezzie for my neice. She was delighted with it. Good communication and excellent afer care when I had a query about a wire.
Great can't fault the product or process.Not the cheapest but seemed good quality. Only negative thing is the amount of emails I still get, I'm all for marketing a business but once a month updates about new products or offers would suffice. I would buy again should I ever want a neon sign.

I have to admit that I was a little sceptical about ordering from Neon Beach as I'd seen some bad reviews, however they offered the sign that I wanted at a reasonable price so I took the plunge prepared to deal with any issues if needed.
The whole process was actually very smooth, communication from the company was very good and it managed my expectations as to when my order would arrive and that it may come from China. There was also a warning that delivery could take longer due to covid
My order did come from China but was dispatched within a couple of days and I received a fedex tracking link straight away. In my order confirmation I was warned it could take 6 weeks however I ordered on 4th May, it was dispatched on the 11th and received on the 18th May with no additional customs charges ( neon beach do explain extra charges may occur which they will refund)
The sign itself is excellent, I've only had it a few days so can't comment on long term use however it is good quality, was packaged very well and looks great. It comes with a dimmer and remote control that offers variations of light strength and animation, flashing etc.
I am really happy with my purchase and pleasantly surprised with how smooth the whole process was considering some of the earlier reviews, however I would absolutely order from Neon beach again

Second time purchasing from Neon Beach, arrived quicker than I thought it would but was prepared to wait happily if it took longer. My light works great and looks great, the only criticism I have is that my first neon had a better receiver for the remote as it was smaller and more modern, but aside from this I'm really pleased with it. Thanks again Neon Beach!

So, I had been waiting around one year for my neon sign to arrive but it never did. I emailed the old company around 90 times only to hear their reasons why they couldn’t dispatch the sign- so I stopped sending the emails because I just accepted that I’d been scammed. It was only recently that I became aware from other customers that neon beach had changed owners and that the “new” neon beach where honouring all previous orders that were not completed either in refund form or actual product. I explained to the new company that i wanted the refund as there were no signs I wanted and so they quickly refunded me the money. I urge anybody that has been scammed by the old neon beach to request a refund from the new company- you do get your money back in the end. 5 stars for the new company, 0 for the old one.

I followed their device bout getting a refund via their card processing service and I have heard nothing...too late to claim money back from bank ...what a terrible company and if what they said happened in March why when I had many emails with them was I never told ...
I am sure some People have had good products from them but I was left £170 out of pocket

So many fake reviews! I have never been so scammed by a company before. This was supposed to be a birthday present for myself, and I spent so much money for nothing. Literally nothing. At least with any credible company, they’d communicate widely instead of an automated message every time someone comments something here! I don’t want a refund from my bank mind you (the fact they refuse to give you the refund yourself and make you file a claim with your bank is gross) or they could at least offer to get your product to you. At this point I’m disgusted. It’s been 9 months! Why accept the orders and the MONEY if you simply couldn’t produce after the start of the pandemic? And on top of that pay for fake reviews so the bad ones are buried. It’s clear you’re still happy to take money for all of this nonsense.

Hey, i have written many (bad and good) reviews on this page already. And I read all of them. It’s because that’s what NeonBeach does to us ..!
My first sign was ordered in March 2020 and arrived in July 2020. My second sign I ordered in January 2021 and arrived yesterday. It took me 5 angry emails this time, and it seems they only start making the sign after you threaten them, but then it takes 4 weeks and it’s there. And i am really happy with the results. It would be nice if we could post photos here, so i could proof it. I lost hope in NeonBeach many times but I do want to point out that it is not 100% scam, it just takes time and effort. Liesbeth

I ordered my signs in November and Neon Beach had a back log of orders which they explained in a company statement in January as a new company. Trying to get in contact with them was a nightmare as they were understaffed and had taken on too much work hence all the negative reviews about signs being delivered way later than expected or not even at all. So why the positive review? They now have a support team at every stage that were great through the refund process - all reviews of people who decided to keep their signs have been really positive. Summary - they are an honest start up company that took on too much work that are back on top of it with a 3 week turnaround.

This has to be up there with the worst customer experience of any kind that we have ever experienced! This company must be borderline a scam organisation!? I would recommend to STAY AWAY from using! Purchased a sign back in November, got loads of excuses then still no sign to this day. We have asked for money back etc and then we just get the silent treatment on all platforms. It is literally daylight robbery and a disgrace that honest hard working people have been stollen from by this lot!

I advise you not to buy from this site! I ordered over $1000 worth in September 2020, I still haven't received my purchases!

It took 7 months to arrive with dozens of emails back and forth, but it arrived yesterday, and it's beautiful, it was worth the wait, but it shouldn't have taken this long.

Absolutely disgrace of a business. I have reported them to both the ombudsman and the police as I suspect they are trading fraudulently. I made my order in mid February, chased up on it at the beginning of May to be told manufacturing had not yet started. I was told the original company had gone into administration and there was a new management team in place. I demanded a refund and have been repeatedly told to ‘bear with them’ whilst they process it. That was 15 days ago. This is not difficult. They clearly don’t have the money. It is also suspicious that you cannot contact anyone by phone. It is all by email. I cannot urge you strongly enough to avoid this company.

Received my sign sooner than expected and I am very happy with the product. Looking at another sign now. Very happy to recommend.
