Overall communication was great.

ROSEANNE THE REP FOR NEEWER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROMPT. SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PARTS NEEDED AND QUOTED PRICE. HOWEVER, PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND ID, ETC...WAS AWKWARD. FELT THAT A NORMAL OR STANDARD FORM OF PAYMENT, AS WELL AS ENCRYPTED, WOULD BE AVAILABLE. For these reasons, I WOULD NOT MAKE A PURCHASE.

Products are great but the delivery method/shipment could be improved. I was missing two of my light because it was misdelivered by usps. Should upgrade shipping only through UPS or FedEx or give option for upgraded shipping. But great products.

The package was well packed, and delivered properly. 5 star to that. Happy with the product.

Although the package was sent to me late due to high demands of product, you still manage to give something in return.. 5 star to that.

The remote situation was rectified by Pam (who is great and has terrific customer service and follow-up skills). The tripod is working out great, no complaints with it at all.

Bought a z1 and was so impressed I bought a z3 and a vision 4.

The shipping information from the carrier was vague, no ETA, no updates on where the package was in transit. I had to cancel a photo shoot because I had no idea when the package would arrive. It was not delivered within the 2-5 days as promised by the website. I received a $15 credit, but I lost more on the cancellation.

I use these lights for videoconferencing from my home office and they do exactly what I need them to do. They seem well made and are plenty bright despite the small size which means they don't take up too much desk space. Highly recommend.

Neewer always comes through clutch! Whether it's having the perfect product in stock to meet my needs or having parts and accessories if I break of lose something. Their customer service is top-notch and pricing is always reasonable. I'm a huge fan.

Your products have really upgraded and remained competitive. O was really happy with both the Newer Q200 and adjustable gimbal arm accessory mount I received. Wonderful products! My only recommendation now is make a rubber "fender" cover that protects the back of the flash if it falls backward.

Initially, it was extremely difficult to track my order, and I received very few updates beyond the “order received” email, which definitely led to some frustration on my end.

That said, I was never truly upset or worried about my order, mainly just frustrated by the lack of communication and tracking clarity. Neewer’s customer service team later reached out to me directly, listened to my concerns, and apologized for the inconvenience. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism Neewer shows and their willingness to address the situation directly. Overall, while the experience started off frustrating, I’m satisfied with how they handled it in the end.
