Pricing was great when using 20% off coupon. Ordering from the website was easy. I am a return customer (and will be) for these reasons.

I create art with lights and neewer is my go-to for all my various lighting needs, of which there are many! Always a high quality product and fast shipping at a reasonable price point.

The NF06 lights are very easy to use, and arrived amazingly quickly. I'm quite satisfied. They give my studio the ambience I need to grow my online presence, and using the app, you can get any color you want. I'm very pleased

Photography is a hobby for me. Therefore, I do not see the need to spend a lot in very expensive professional products that will only see occasional use. Neewer offers that balance between quality, versatility and price that is just right for what I am looking for.

I needed a new anti shock mount for my NW-700, and was pleased to see Neewer had a couple options at very reasonable prices. Shipping was very fast, the packaging was excellent. From order to delivery, it could have gone better. The new mount is very nice.

Like and trust- the spring clamp and hot shoe connection is secure. I’m not worried about the phone falling off.
Could be better- the connection to the tilt needs improvement. You have to keep tightening this connection to keep the phone from spinning.
I’m Still looking for a 5 star device to secure phone to camera.

Since I was new to creating my YouTube channel, I needed gear and a lot of it. I actually had Neewer recommended to me by Think Media, and I figured if they were using their gear, then I should take a look. I have bought tripods, lights, etc., and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of their products. Plus, you cannot beat the price. Lastly, their customer service has helped me out in the past. But it should be a good sign of a company if you DON'T have to contact customer service.

I bought the z3 flash for my sony. I broke it out to use it at a movie premiere. While I adored the quality and flash output the flash got hot on me. So got concerned and took the unit off before even the battery was exhausted half way. I will try the flash again when I am not on such a imprart assignment . . The price was amazing at half off . Fast delivery too !

I like the actual product now that it's here. What I didn't like was no communication (email or text) about a date or time it could arrive then it just showed up outside the door at my apartment complex which I didn't want it to get stolen. I wanted notified so I could be there or they could buzz my apt. directly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product so I gave 4stars.
