Not a great experience

I placed an order, the order was confirmed,and several days later I was told the item was out of stock. Communication was slow. I also ordered two tripods, one of which arrived damaged.

Confusing

Your 1st email said my order would be dispatched within 2 days. So I expected a tracking # emailed by day 3. Although dispatched is a synonym for ship, that was not what you meant. I sent an email asking where my shipment was. You replied with be patient. Wait a few more days, please. Then you sent a second email estimating it would be delivered on the 24th. It was. Surprisingly, I received another email on the 25th supplying me with the tracking number. This needs to be cleaned up.

Trouble with deliver and communication

I had trouble getting tracking number so I requested no response received and I had an event where I was planning to use light. Requested fund so I can buy from amazon overnight delivery and no proper response received and j disputed from my bank I’m next day received my product surprisingly when your team member said 23rd delivery and received on 20th after leaving for my event.
Then we had back and forth communication was expecting some apologies but instead email received like this

Would you like to keep the product or return back to us? Have you opened the light or is it sealed in its original packaging? I can send you a label to return it.

Disappointing

Took too long to deliver and CPL lens does not perform as good as advertised for such a high price.

Bokeh

Well, first of all, they’re very fast at sending me a product I bought all three of their probes lenses, however, on the 90 mm probe lens the led wasn’t working in the front of the lens. Every time I click the button, I saw the LED turn on because there’s a little hole toward the focusing ring so I emailed them about it and they responded to me quickly and quickly resolved it by sending me a new one as soon as I show them the video and I explained it they were right on it and even say I didn’t have the box of the other one and send it back. I feel like they are for the customers not just for the brand and making money and the reason why I say this is because just look at the website to be honest I have not yet well on their website and not seen a discount. They’re always given a discount out. That’s really thoughtful of them. They don’t have to cause they make the best lenses in my opinion especially the telephoto lenses. Let’s be honest with ourselves. We love those telephone lenses on any camera lens because. Of the bokeh. Whether it’s on a traditional camera or a especially a smart phone because it’s harder to achieve that natural blur background I looked at all the other third-party lenses sandmarc beastgrip freewell etc. none of them stand a chance against neewers lenses especially the telephoto it actually blurs the background it literally melts the background you cant even tell it was shot on an iPhone or whatever mobile device you’re using. all the other lenses from other third-party brands have good quality The quality is sharp, but you can still tell they shot it on an iPhone. Like there’s some really good telephoto lenses you know you’re shooting apple log or prores color green and it and it looks really good even if you’re not using third-party lenses, but let’s be honest we all like that blurred background. And neewer is the only brand that does this. And speaking of the discounts, even if there wasn’t discounts, the prices are fair and to be honest I know a lot of people are gonna hate me for this, but I’ll say this they need to be more expensive than what they are.😊 that neewer 85 mm lens dont play also I had an idea. I emailed y’all recently about creating a case that looks like an actual camera. I know you guys got the magnetic grip and that kinda looks like a camera, but what I was talking about something like this.📷 a retro style camera case that turned your phone into a camera because your lenses are that good it needs to look like an actual camera😆😆😆 but the case will probably have a Bluetooth shutter maybe work with third-party apps like black magic design because a lot of creative including myself would appreciate our iPhone looking like an actual camera while we use all lenses because yawls lenses is that good? I’m not lying when I used the 85 mm. I was like yeah we gotta get this phone turned into an actual camera. 😊 so so when I emailed y’all about my suggestion, y’all emailed me back I didn’t think you were gonna reach back out to me and said my idea was interesting and y’all even passed my suggestion to y’all‘s product development team for review even if y’all don’t even do it just the fact that y’all message me it wasn’t like thanks for your feedback it seemed like you genuinely cared about my idea and care to hear about my voice so even if y’all don’t do it just in fact that you message me back it says a lot I will continue to support you guys Im trying yo buy all y’alls telephoto lenses 😂😂 I’m a motion graphics artist and I want to do cool TV commercials. I’m currently using my iPhone to do it. I got a iPhone 15 Pro Max. I can’t wait for the 18 because the 18 is gonna have a variable aperture so it’s gonna have a natural background blur but on top of that if I put y’all‘s lenses on top of that.like the 85 that bokeh is going to look nice and not only that I’ll have control over it by changing the aperture on the camera😊 please and I mean, please don’t stop making lenses cause y’all mastered the background compression and in the future if the prices do go up, please don’t put my review on up on y’alls website lol

A great mic at a great price

For a long time, I’ve been looking for a reasonably priced mic for my Sony DSLR camera. I couldn’t be happier given what I paid. The sound or crisp and clean, the clamp is helpfully discreet (but maybe just a tad too small). I’m very happy with this mic and would recommend for anyone who needs something simple but effective.

Cool products, terrible shipping

Still waiting for my order to ship. When I purchase, today was to be the day of receiving, but I don’t even have a tracking number at this point. Ordered another mount from another company. Will see who arrives first. Pretty disappointed

I was very upset with a delivery…

I was very upset with a delivery experience recently which I’d like to clarify..that my issue was made worse because of SEEL! Not NEEWER.

NEEWER the company and NEEWER’s support is top tier!! I tickED the box for worry free delivery and when something went wrong. SEEL actually made me worry! I felt I tied NEEWERS hands in helping me because SEEL was involved and it was SEEL that had to handle my delivery issue! I had a multitude of items and several order numbers some delivered some en route. SEEL irregardless of me telling them this shipment in particular split a reflector and grid set I ordered into 2 boxes and that I only received the grids. They had an awful back and forth process I had to go through which in the end asked where or how I like to receive a refund. I said I just want the product not a refund. They said I had no choice because it shows in the system “as delivered!” They labeled it “STOLEN!” I told them it was not stolen! It was “never” delivered!!!! It was “lost!” I HAVE VIDEO PROOF of my delivery!

This process made me “feel” as if they were profiling me. As if they were labeling my home address as some high risk address.
Anyway…I fill out their form, selected Venmo as a option..which claimed it could complete the process in as little as 2hrs then I submitted the form.

Days went by. I get in touch with SEEL about other orders and ask about the status of the refund no one could see anything, no one knew anything and in the end NO ONE DID ANYTHING EITHER! They slow walked EVERYTHING!! Even at the very end of the process when I gave them my information on where to send the funds. Days later they would claim I had yet to complete the form I submitted already!

I actually spoke with Customer support at NEEWER and had thee most positive interaction with them. And had my order issue resolved right away! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a much more positive experience dealing with NEEWER! SEEL and their process is certainly tarnishing the NEEWER brand experience!!
I rather have a dentist drill away at every tooth In my jaw then deal with that process again!!!

NEEWER PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE for this service. You’d be much better off without SEEL I was at the point I wouldn’t order from you ever again because of SEEL.

NEEWER - GREAT!! Fantastic products, awesome sales, stellar customer support and service!! Made me feel valued! Made me feel important! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️!!!!
