Although I have not yet had the opportunity to use the iPhone cage and filters, they do appear to be of high quality.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed my order on May 15, and as of June 4, I still have not received my package. The delivery time has already exceeded the timeframe advertised on Neewer’s website.

The biggest issue is the tracking service. The shipment status shows “Malaysia Customs Processing” on May 29, and for almost 6 days there has been absolutely no update. The tracking information is slow, vague, and far below the standard provided by most international retailers.

As a customer, it is frustrating to wait this long without receiving clear information about where the package is or when it will arrive. For a company with Neewer’s reputation, I expected a much more professional shipping experience.

The combination of excessive delays, poor communication, and unreliable tracking has made this one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.

I hope Neewer improves its logistics and customer communication because this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would strongly reconsider ordering again unless significant improvements are made.

I specifically asked for a refund because I purchased an older battery from their website. I understand that they need to dump their old stock, but selling a battery that cannot be charged seems like it should almost be illegal.

I asked for help. They said, YOU PAY SHIPPING.

I don't want the product. I never wanted an unchargeable battery. I wanted a new battery, expected a new battery, that could be charged via USB.

I thought I was saving money, they are forcing me to PAY SHIPPING for this travesty. TERRIBLE Customer Service. TERRIBLE company for selling this junk to people. You have better batteries now, great; sell that old stock via 3rd party and maintain your reputation. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I have bought Neewer for my past phones and have found the work great on construction sites. Love the new design for the S26 Ultra.

Product it self broke after one use

The Q120 is a very good lightweight off camera flash, easy to carry and set-up. I bought it for indoor sports were venue lighting is not very good, or to simply supplement the ambient. The Q120 along with the Qpro trigger work great for my needs. Delivery from Neewer was quick.

The fabrics don’t always fit perfectly on the backdrop stands, so you often have to find the best way to adjust them and keep them properly stretched. A well-tensioned backdrop with extra length allows you to make better use of the space, achieve a cleaner look, and create more professional results in every photo session.

Great tripod works well with my ai assisted camera to capture sports action. Does struggle with unlevel group such as a park with slopping terrain

Shipping time is horrible never got one of my product had to reschedule a photoshoot because of this . Response time to emails is over a day call the customer service number can’t speak to anyone . Chat customer service is useless. I asked for the product to be over nighted can’t even get a dam tracking number with in a reasonable time first and last time I will order from neewer website id rather pay more and order from a third party after the shit show you all call customer service !

Im new to photography and wanted to start recording my hunts. This fluid head is well built. Im very pleased and would recommend this product. I would make the same purchase if I had to do it again.

I got exactly what I needed to attach my camera to my tripod. Shipping was quick and easy. And I love the range and grip on the swiveling ball head. This is going to make night time photo shoots really fun.

I like the lightness of the tripod and ease of using the ball head that's attached. It is sturdy and a keeper. I'm happy with the product.
