We've had the Neakasa M1 cat litter robot for a couple of years now, and I don't think we could ever go back to a basic litter tray. Our cat is a big boy (9kg), and we were finding it hard to find a robot that would fit him comfortably. However, he has had no issues at all with the M1, thanks to its large size and open-top design.

I have 4 cats at home, and the Neakasa automatic litter box has been a complete game-changer for my daily routine. It is extremely reliable, very practical to use, and features a wonderful, fully-featured app that makes monitoring everything so easy. On top of that, their customer support team has been amazing and very helpful when I needed assistance. I highly recommend this product to any pet owner!

We've had our Neakasa M1 for about two years now, and recently started experiencing issues with the sensors misreading that the bin is full when it's not. We tried cleaning them which worked temporarily. When we reached out to customer service I didn't expect to receive a reply. However, they replied within a day and offered to send us new sensors for free, (or a refurbished replacement lower unit) in spite of being out of warranty. So I am happily surprised!

I have been very happy with my purchase of the Neakasa M1. Both of my cats have adjusted fairly quickly, My youngest cat will use it but still spooks whenever the machine moves so I currently have the machine set to cycle every 6 hours and that works well for me!

Cleaning the machine can be tricky, but I typically take the globe outside after dumping all the litter and rinse it off thoroughly with a hose. I may follow with a gentle soap and finish with an enzymatic litter spray which really helps reducing any smells.

Sometimes the machine can be a bit glitchy or otherwise finicky both in the app and when using the buttons. I assume this is an issue largely caused by my crappy internet. I have yet to encounter an issue that unplugging the unit and giving it a moment before retrying hasn’t fixed.

I have had the M1 litter robot for over 2 years and in works really well. Any issues that I have were resolved fairly easily through customer support. Even after the warrenty is over they will still help you troubleshoot any issues that you have with patients. Easy to clean, easy to maintain, low maintenance, the app alerts are really helpful for reminders like adding litter or empty unit. I am satisfied with this purchase as someone having this as their first litter robot.

Customer service was outstanding and they stand behind their product even though I bought from Amazon 3 years ago. They were quick to respond to my issue and were able to diagnose issue and are sending me replacent part.I bought the Neakasa P1 Pro Pet Grooming Kit & Vacuum and it has been a life saver and has been out to the test with my 4 sheltland sheepdogs.

Ich habe Neakasa am 3. Oktober wegen eines Problems mit meiner Katzentoilette kontaktiert. Eine automatische Antwort erhielt ich sofort, dass das Team ferienbedingt abwesend sei. Eine Antwort erhielt ich am 8. Oktober.

Im weiteren Kontakt war Serena freundlich und reagierte zügig. Nachdem ich die Angaben zum Gerät und zum Infrarotsensor geschickt hatte, wurden mir mögliche Lösungen genannt: ein Sensorwechsel oder als Sonderregelung ein kostenloses, generalüberholtes Austauschgerät. Der Versand soll noch organisiert werden.

Insgesamt war die Kommunikation freundlich und die angebotene Lösung entgegenkommend. Da der Austausch noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, kann ich die Wirkung der Lösung und die weitere Abwicklung noch nicht beurteilen. Das werde ich nach Abschluss nachholen.

Das Produkt ist hervorragend. Ich kann unseren Doodle damit wunderbar bürsten und dass die Harre direkt aufgesaugt werden ist super. Der Service bei einem Ersatzteil ist schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Es werden kulante Lösungen im Sinne des Kunden angeboten.

I purchased my Neakasa automatic litter box through Amazon UAE and unfortunately experienced technical issues after several months of use.

I contacted Neakasa’s customer support team, and Serena has been very helpful and attentive. She kindly offered to send me a complimentary set of replacement sensors to help resolve the issue.

I’m currently waiting to receive the parts and test whether they fix the problem.

I will update my review and share more about my experience once the litter box is fully working again.

Great customer service while helping with product support.

My litter box which I have had for over a year had started to have some technical issues which is understandable as it is a machine. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. Overall very impressed with my experience.

I've been using an M1 (first version) since 2024 and the only regret is not buying it sooner.
The device is durable (it works outdoor in my balcony), and still receives updates till today.
Not to mention that the assists of Neakasa are extremely good. Usually global supports cannot reach our country (SEA), but Neakasa did. Cannot happy more with this choice.

I emailed them to see why my groomer tool wasn’t workin and they were very helpful. I love the de-shedder attachment also. Would definitely recommend the groomer kit idle u have a dog that sheds..

Neakasa stop definitely scoping, got a year with my N1 device, got two cats, best rated on the market and without a doubt it is. It connects to internet and with the app I get live alerts about different cats using the N1 device, for full bin, when it was use and when is stock for some reason, and also very save with all the sensors that stops the device when my curios cat puts his paws in. Costumer service is very fast answering emails. By far the best device on the market with the open top design. We can forget about scoping for a week without a problem with two cats. Am very pleased with Neakasa.

This litter box changed our lives, no more scooping litter.
