Lee Bramley from NBC Environment visited today to get rid of a small but annoying wasp nest that was growing daily in our guttering. Lee was great, bang on time, assessed the situation, advised me where to stand and watch in safety as he sorted out the nest swiftly and proficiently. He advised me on what I should do if they remain however within a couple of hours of him leaving they seem to have gone. Great service, thank you very much.

Anthony drove a hundred miles across country to eradicate a large wasps' nest from our roof space and arrived bang on time! He identified our problem immediately and within minutes set to work with his long poles and magic powder. He was really professional and knowledgeable and reassured us that our problem would resolve in 24 hours. He introduced us to his pet Harris Hawk, which travelled everywhere with him in the van and took quite an interest in our garden. An hour after Anthony left for his next call, there was not a wasp in sight. We had been looked after by a true professional who both took immense pride in his work, exceeded our expectations in every way and was an absolute credit to the Company. All the East Midlands should insist on Anthony for Wasps.

Liam thoroughly assessed the mouse problem in the house. He was very professional and knowledgeable and left me feeling reassured that the problem would be resolved.

Phil Holmes and his colleague arrived on time to carry out a task. During the visit they were very polite and professional in their conduct . Due an equipment failure they were unable to complete the task however they did as much as they possibly could without the use of equipment.

I was very pleased with the service by Dorian Davies, he was very thorough and helpful in sorting out our problem very friendly and easy to talk to, would definately recommend. First class job.

Liam Davies was highly professional during the first visit to identify a rodent problem in my loft. He was thorough and knowledgable. (Review on behalf of my mum Lyn)

The professionalism shown by Phil from start to finish has been nothing but amazing. He’s turned up when he stated he would, he would let me know how long he was going to be when leaving a previous job. Always wore PPE and respected my home. Would even text in between visits to see if my visitors in the loft had been back. He was great with my dogs and very aware of the fact my baby could be sleeping, so on occasions has text when outside so I could stop the dogs from barking and waking the baby! I would highly recommend this company, and Phil. He’s a credit to NBC. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Jack Crowley came to visit our property and was very efficient in dealing with the issue and gave us good advice for future. Very good reputatable company

Liam Davies was very professional, courteous and efficent. He texted pre arrival and verified that his ETA would be acceptable.
He got to work immediately to follow up on the previous Engineer's work, showed that one trap had trapped the mice and as there was evidence for a further follow up arranged and explained the status and set up the trap, blocked a hole and advised on securing all the entry points and materials required.
He left us feeling confident that the next visit would be the last needed to clear the problem. Our whole experience with the Company was very smooth and reassuring. Thank you!

I have found the company to be very helpful from the initial booking and Liam called me beforehand to let me know how long he would be and also when he was nearer to my area

Subsequent visit from Archie was just as good well done for having polite staff except the ladder was too clunky 😄 maybe in domestic households a lighter one may be better felt sorry
