The guy came out and laid baits for ants in the kitchen. He told me I will give you my number and call me in 2 weeks let me know what happens I can come back out. I did not get his number out of fresh air as I contacted him two weeks later as he had said as the ants were now in my living room dining room and was told he had not carried out treatment for the insects and went into detail about someone else’s job. I had no idea what he was talking about as he had been in my house, laid baits and gave me his number to call him back. He then said I have got yourself confused with another customer and apologised. He told me leave for yet another 2 weeks and I said I would text back then he said ok. My daughter called him and he denied that he had said he would come back out so made me out to be a liar. Why then, would he have said I will give you my number before I leave on his first visit if he had no intention of doing anything further and apparently telling me to call the office. I am disgusted.

We contacted Graham Pest Control on Monday regarding an urgent bed bug concern at our hotel. Given the nature of the issue, we expected a prompt response, but didn’t receive a call back until 2pm on Tuesday.

When we were finally contacted, the surveyor stated he had previously attended the property and found no evidence of bed bugs, and appeared reluctant to come out again. It’s worth noting that we pay £75 for a survey, so this would not have been an unpaid visit.

We explained that in a hotel environment, any report of bed bugs must be taken seriously and requires proper inspection and written confirmation either way. The surveyor responded that this is “not how the company works,” but did not provide any explanation of their process or how such situations should be handled.

Due to the delayed response, the reluctance to attend a paid job, and the overall attitude, we’ve decided to move to another pest control provider. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with little confidence in their service.

Contacted Graham’s Pest control as had a wasps nest on my roof. Philip attended next morning and eradicated it. Excellent service! Thank you.
