David has been extremely helpful in helping us to resolve our pest issue. He is extremely knowledgeable & has taken the time to share his knowledge, in helping us deal with the issue. David has also been very professional & respectful on all of his visits, we would strongly recommend David and if we have any further pest issues, will be requesting for David to return.

After detecting a terrible smell in the house I initially thought we had a burst sewage pipe under the floor. My son inspected the area and unfortunately he came across a dead decaying rat. I contacted our insurers who were quick to respond sending out LOUISE GRANT from NBC Environment. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise and explained what she was doing as she went along. After setting bait and traps she returned a week later with one of her colleagues, removed dead rat and after inspecting my property inside and outside they found several rat runs which appeared to be coming from the drains on the main road outside. More traps and bait were set and I was informed that they will return each week for a couple of weeks to make sure the problem is resolved. So far so good the smell took a couple of weeks to subside but I had been made aware of that . I cannot express my thanks to LOUISE and her colleague for the manner and courtesy they have shown throughout. Would certainly highly recommend them.

We had a rat problem in the loft. It was awful as you could hear them running over your head at night. We had Max from NBC initially attend, who layed out some poison and informed us of what would likely happen. Two weeks later Max returned. The noise had quietened down and the poison had been nibbled at. About 10 days later, it sounded like there was a social event above our heads, running, scratching and squeeking. I rang Max as I had no idea what to do. He was incredibly helpful and sympathetic despite him being on leave. He told me to ring the office and inform them of the developments. The next morning I rang and spoke to Lauren, again incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our situation. By this point we were sleeping in our little girls room for some peace and quiet. Lauren informed me Gary Warhurst would attend the next day. Gary arrived and had so much empathy for how the situation had developed and immediately set out a plan. He showed me everything he was doing, and told me everything I needed to do. He located several areas of concern that needed to be looked at to prevent any further issues. The rats had also eaten all the bait left by Max, so Gary set to work laying more poison and traps. Nothing was too much for him, despite how many questions I asked, he really seemed to care, as did Max and Lauren. We are currently due another visit to see what else, if anything is required.

The thing is, you hope you never have these kind of things happen in your home, but I'm so grateful that we had the team from NBC who came to our aid. Thank you so much, and well done NBC on employing such genuinely great people!

I highly recommend Anthony from NBC! He dealt with my rodent problem efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and would definitely use him again if needed!

The service provided by Mark was exceptional. His knowledge and experience was excellent and he quickly established what the problem was and the extent of it within the house. He took the time to check out all the areas that could be affected, therefore establishing what was and wasn’t a problem. He then took appropriate action that actually solved the problem really quickly. The really exceptional thing about his service is that he took the time to find out how the rodent problem was impacting on my elderly mum and talked the issue through with her which really reassured her. He gave her important safety advice along with giving her ongoing support whilst the problem was resolved. In short he was professional, extremely competent and fantastic with the human interaction elements of the job. A rare combination. He really cared. Thank you.

James N made 3 visits and ensured we had no further problems with rats in the loft. He spotted several potential areas where they might be entering which we will now block up to prevent further unwanted visitors up there.

Having cleaned up half a dozen dead or docile wasps over the xmas break, I thought we might have a problem. Found a nest in my loft, right under the eaves, difficult place to get to.
First of all I contacted a couple of places, best price was £99 plus vat, also a further £50 for any extra nests they might notice.
Checked my insurance policy and found I was covered, cost me just £25 excess.
They got NBC to call me and set up a visit.
Nigel phoned me and told me when he would arrive, went up into the loft and removed the nest in a black plastic bag. Took less than 10 minutes.
Very happy with NBC and especially with Nigel.

Dion addressed a mouse issue we had in our loft. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were a first time customer and would recommend and definitely use again in the future. Really impressed with the service we received

Excellent service by Mark Knight. Very professional, responsible and thorough. Originally called them out thinking I had mice in the loft but was particularly impressed with the process used to identify the problem and to find out it was actually squirrels. A very considerate and professional plan was then put in place and the problem solved by Mark Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely be the first company I would call if had any sort of pest problem again.

Phil Holmes was excellent and was very experienced at what he does. He was very reassuring and such a nice person. Had no problems with health and safety he kept to the rules all times. Great guy.

I had a mouse problem in my sitting room and "Anthony" came to help. He was most professional, was able to advise me, put out traps and all is okay. I followed his advice going forward to avoid a repeat of the problem.He was very interesting to talk to on other aspects of his work in which I was interested.

Recently NBC operative Lee Bramley addressed a rodent problem in our loft. Very polite and efficient providing good advice and sorting out the immediate problem caused by mice. Would recommend NBC for this type of service.

Recently had Dion come out for pest control, he took the trouble to come out on a Saturday, which was very helpful, and helped me move the freezer in order to investigate. Very professional.

We had David Bush come round and he was lovely. Really helpful and went above and beyond. David gave me lots of tips and helpful advice.

David bush was very helpful in finding the issue at our house. He identified the activity of two pest in different areas of the property, all access points and gave a detailed report with pictures on how to block them.
