Defective Product
I received this product (NC51783) 2-3-25.
I have sent 6 emails and voice mails to you with NO response. I have replied to your requests for review. Again, without the courtesy of a single response.
I'm very unhappy with this product and your "so-called" Customer Service department.
I want a refund.
I will never order from your Company again and tell all my friends the same.
