I think the gel was insert is latex because I broke out with a rash. Fit was good. I thought there were going to be 2 in the pack.

Missing 1 sleeve
Product received did NOT completely match the product description. I ordered the 2 sleeves + 2 gel packs but only received 1 sleeve + 2 gel packs. No response when I tried to email info [at] natracure.com. No partial refund or replacement offered.

I recently had need for large ice packs (hip) and small ice packs (Biopsy). I found your products on line and I am happy to say that I am so glad I did. Your ice packs are well made, sturdy, comfortable, and arrived very fast. The small ice packs came the next day! I was trilled! Thank you for making my recovery a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend your products to friends and family.

To register for warranty one must give a credit card number :(
There is no way to register the product for warranty without having to give credit card number. I have never been asked to give a credit card number in order to register a product for warranty. It seems very shady! I bought a pair of the toe separators a months back and one tore, so I wanted to register the ones I just purchased.

It all comes down to size…..
I love the scent and feel but way too small. I wear a 8.5 in women US but as a one size only they bearly cover over my heels. This is a serious issue as that is the part that needs to most help. Needs to be made bigger. Probably won’t buy again.

Best cold pack ever!
I just had glute tendon reattachment surgery. Your flex cold packs have decreased my pain immensely! They also stay cold much longer than any others I have tried. Thanks so much for your product! I will highly recommend it!

relieved tired, sore feet and arthritic hands
I received them much faster than I expected. The foot compression sleeves are what I was hoping for. Arthritis Compression gloves all fit. I will be ordering more as soon as I finish getting settled in my new apartment.
