Really good customer service
Really good customer service. Called earlier in the day regarding an out of stock tile we had purchased months before. Staff member was able to locate remaining boxes of tiles and put them aside until the afternoon. Very helpful and very friendly.

Still haven’t received my tiles after…
Still haven’t received my tiles after being told lead times and no one knows where they are when they will arrive, but the most annoying thing is they don’t return calls after multiple messages. I will cancel order and go elsewhere. Useless.

Excellent Service.
Having purchased tiles from National Tiles Mornington previously and being very pleased with the quality of their products and service. We again went to them for the tiles for our kitchen renovation. They had an excellent selection for us to choose from and we were able to get the tiles we chose there and then. The customer service was again excellent and price was very reasonable. I have no reservations in recommending National Tiles Mornington to anyone who is looking for tiles for their home.

Wingfield SA- Tile Purchase
Honestly, I was not sure how the experience was going to be, but I was very impressed by the service I received from my initial phone call with the store (Wingfield), all the way through to the delivery of the tiles to the site. Very easy, accommodating, and without fault.
