Your team are very helpful and the purchase of my tiles was very easy. The tiles I wanted weren't in stock and I was told they wouldn't be in until April. I was also told that I would have to pay an extra $19.95 deliver to store freight charge which I thought was a bit rich as you would always be freighting stock to your store and the tiles I ordered would be on a truck like any other tile you would sell. I was pleased however to get a call the following week to say that my tiles had arrived much earlier than expected.

The staff were very good
The staff were very good, very helpful.
When it came time to pick up my tiles, I was asked to wait or come back in an hour because the store man was at lunch. If I was told that when I phoned before I left to collect the tiles, I would have happily waited at home.
