Don’t even deserve a star

Don’t even deserve a star. I won £700 and have provided all documents they have asked for and they are at still requesting more. They are asking for another utility bill which I have already provided. Stay away from this site it is a scam and they are happy to steal your winnings. Also been reported to the gambling commission. They are now asking for a utility bill that is certified by a person of authority it’s a joke and just to top it off they have now closed my account with my £700 so have stolen my money. Stay away from this site complete fraud

After winning £5.000 I wanted too withdraw some money had to go through usual identity checks wanted photograph off my bamk card which I sent they then came back and said you name a deposit with two cards we need you too send photo of other card I explained I can't I lost that month's ago and I informed you was then told well you can't get paid till we see the lost card how can I show it if its lost contacted my bank they said they can't get involved National bet know what there doing to peaple no wonder peaple are taking there own lifes not slow in taking thousands out our banks but trying to claim back our winnings is shocking this company should be closed immediately and prosecuted for putting peaples lifes in danger the way they treat us

Site was great to start

Site was great to start, nice bonuses and a good selection of games. However on the 24th November about 8pm, entered a promotion FRSPIN75 deposited £20, got 75% extra £15 and 51 free spins, Bonus was x 35 wager requirement £,1400 in total. I played solid for about 4 hrs, at one point up to over £500 then just after at 00:10am following morning my balance was cleaned out , I enquired and was told the promotion was over and did not meet the wagering requirements, bit strange that means I had 4 hrs to wager £,1400 to release the bonus.On there website it states the following.
You can join the promotion until 25th November, the promo runs from the
21/11/12 to 01/12/24, and wagering requirements should be completed within 30 days. So they have took my whole balance which included my £20 and kept it, yet I had 30 days to meet the wagering requirements not 4 hrs.
I have been in touch on numerous occasions which no joy, just keep saying the promo had ended, which contradicts what there own terms and conditions.
You can’t beat a casino they always find a way to keep your money.

I can't agree with the several negative…

I can't agree with the several negative reviews, to be honest. I made a successful deposit and successful withdrawal of several hundred euros (after a KYC process of course). The only downside is that the betting odds that are offered to me are lower after logging in (probably I am limited?).

Have sent several emails to this company and had no reply and been assured by one of their customer service bots that it will be looked into. Nothing has happened! This really is a despicable company.

Realised too late i'd made a huge mistake making a deposit with this company. Requested to withdraw my balance 2 weeks ago and not received it. Tried to log on to speak with their team but my account has been closed. They have basically stolen my money. Please do not open an account with this fraudulent organisation

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! It’s a fraudulent site with no uk licence and if you win they will not pay your money .
I won 2,500 they refused to pay closed my account and sent an email pretending to refund my initial deposit into some bogus account that wasn’t even the same one I paid with . Reported to the gambling commission who have confirmed they have no right to operate and said they would remove them but up until now the website is still active .

Real scam site, I have been waiting for my deposit for over 5 days, they dont answer me anymore on live chat. Wish I could give 0 stars to this Scam…

Wish I could give 0 stars to this Scam site. Deposits go into different Bank Accounts ( thats fishy for a start). Cost me £27 playing 20p spins on 1 site, had 9 dead spins and won a grand total of 55p.
My advice is stay away from this dead spin site, YOU WILL NOT PROFIT, LET ALONE WIN ANYTHING .

Worst website ever

I would not use this website it's a scam my partner tried to withdraw money so they asked for id he sent them everything he sent them about 20 different letters for proof of address and they won't accept any of them this has been going on for over a week now still not paying out they were quick enough to take my money with out a fuss tho

Genuine review…

Genuine review, and I was wary reading some of those below. Recently joined and before withdrawing had to go through the KYC/verification process. Took a couple of days, but withdrawal almost immediate once verified. Live chat is quick to begin, but response times generally slow.

This is a great site. But there is 1 big problem, the withdrawal are so slow and are kept on hold for so long that its almost impossible to withdraw anything. I won €10.000 but gambled everything because I couldnt withdraw fast enough and also you can only withdraw 1K at a time. So if you win more than 10K it literally takes 1 year to withdraw everything.

Absolutely disgusting. I didn't even realise that I had been signed into a promotion.(If you can call it that). I deposited £50 and I was told I would have to roll that £50 over 35 times to receive £500.
So I just did what I do and turned my £50 into £1200 in 2 or 3 days. I was then given the £500 from the promotion but all my other winnings had disappeared. They gave me £500 of my own money I had won and they pocketed £700. They are disgusting, dis-loyal and prey on addicts and steal their money. You are not even worth a star.

Something very very wrong with this…

Something very very wrong with this site. I've played book of dead and legacy of dead for many years but never have I seen these machines play on here like they did. Literally dead spin after spin. I tried some other slots and they were okish but these 2 were not playing right at all. The site is really nice, staff are pleasant but literally cannot get a decent game on here at all which is a shame as the layout and staff are great.
