Avoid this website please. They have no problem taking your money. But when it comes to withdrawal you have to send document after document after stupid pictures with your id in front of a computer while the computer is logged into your account. It’s just ridiculous. This takes weeks to complete. And they always cancel your withdrawals starting the process again. It’s the worst gambling website I have ever come across. AVOID

I am writing this update on April 17, 2025. I requested a large withdrawal on April 14 and expected it to be processed within 72 hours, as my smaller withdrawals have been in the past. However, the 72 hours have now passed, and I keep receiving emails from the KYC team stating that they are reviewing the other documents and will inform me soon. This situation seems to align with my previous experiences, where it became apparent that they are reluctant to process withdrawals. As a result, I have downgraded my review to one star!!!

*update now made 3 withdrawals all typically take 2 days to hit my bank. All have arrived with no problems*

At the moment, I find myself in a state of uncertainty, sitting at a 50/50 chance regarding my situation. I have submitted all required documents, and the KYC team has confirmed my verification. After that, I proceeded to request a withdrawal; however, it remains pending. I have reached out several times for updates, but the responses have been quitepful. I plan to keep everyone informed once the three business days have passed without resolution. While some of the reviews I've seen from others are concerni vague and unhelng, I remain hopeful that I can prove those negative opinions wrong.

Here’s my story:
My account was fully verified **before** I even deposited any money, I have the email confirmation to prove it. After I made a deposit and placed some bets on football, I made a profit and tried to withdraw.

That’s when the games started.
The live chat agent told me I had to wager my deposit 3x before withdrawing. I did exactly that. Then, surprise surprise… they came up with something else. Suddenly, they claimed I "violated the terms" — but couldn’t tell me which terms or what I supposedly did wrong.

So basically, making a profit means breaking the rules to them.
If you win, they block your withdrawal and throw vague accusations at you.

STAY AWAY!

3* for now - waiting for withdrawal

3* for now as I’m new to the site. Is easy to navigate and place bets at decent odds and also casino games are decent. Have tried to withdraw a bit of money and still pending - live chat doesn’t work and can’t find email address so waiting to see if I have any problems withdrawing. So far, so good. However, reviews below aren’t filling me with much confidence. IF withdrawal process is smooth, will be my new main site to gamble. Will come back and edit once it’s processed.

Make two desposits on 20 took three deposits of 20 but just credit two payment on live chat to them and they said need screenshot send them the names of the payments as I can't screenshot they knock me of this site is fraud so they stole money of my account

Only approve your KYC verification once no money in your account.
Then take 3 days to approve a withdrawal.

Absolute shocking company. My brother has had a gambling addiction for a number of years and we helped him with therapy and registered with gamstop. Recently he relapsed and was able to open an account with this site as they are not licences under UK laws so are not part of gamstop. I tried to speak to them via chat as there is no other option and was told the account would be closed which kicked me out of the chat and now I can’t chat with them. I was told they are not registered with gamstop as they can spot people with gambling addictions. Does spending over £600 over a few days not stand out as someone with a gambling addiction? I am going to attempt to get this site closed down by raising this with my local MP.

For now it's 3 stars. Deposited about a hundred of so over the last few days and I have managed to get my balance up to 1K almost every time which compared to other sites seems impossible. but my issue is Kyc at the moment I don't really wanna deposit again until Kyc confirms my account no point in depositing if I can't withdraw. I won 1000 pounds but the verification team kept asking me for more and more stuff. 2 weeks later they asked for me with a selfie with the laptop in the background which was awkward to do but then they rejected it saying the resolution isn't good enough. The roulette works in a way whereby it allows you to stake money but if your number comes in......it can just reject the bet, meaning you never even staked anything. But if your numbers don't come in.......it takes the money. Can you see where I'm going with this????? Honestly stay well clear. Even if your really lucky...you won't even win 🤣

You place a deposit they match it with a bonus but if you decide you don t want to continue they disable withdrawals until you've used up your money that you wanted back ..use their bonus and wagered it to 3300 euros with their bonus before they enable withdrawals ! So basically it's nearly impossible to win until you realise they've stolen your Initial deposit without a miracle!

Fraud/Scam. Avoid!!

Have been a regular customer and not had many issues until yesterday, made 2 X £20 deposits. On both occasions the funds have been deducted from my account but showing as transaction failed on my national net account. My bank transactions showing today that both transactions completed and bank saying contact merchant.

National bet support don’t want to help and say it’s your banks problem. Clearly it’s not given the number of similar reviews. It’s the system national bet are using to process deposits.

Will be seeking advice to take this further as they are clearly scamming many others with very little support to resolve the situation.

** And there it is below, response as expected ** the funds have left my bank and completed but national bet not applying them to my account, I have much more confidence in the integrity of my bank and not national bet as per there response below.
