“According to our service terms, in order to submit a new withdrawal request, you must first complete a rollover of your deposit amount at normal odds, three times”
Don’t see this anywhere in the terms and conditions that state this and they are refusing to pay out my money. Scam.

During the verification process, even though I had already sent my ID and a document for my address, they requested an additional selfie with my PC in the background. I hadn't been asked for this by any other company before. I sent it, and the next day I received an email confirming my verification.
