National Residential helped us all the way by arranging survey, viewings, liaising with the tenant and eventually sell the property despite the current pandemic situation. I wish I could give more stars to National Residential for their staff to work very efficiently. At the end of October, we called to book an appointment but I think no one was in office at that time but after a while called me back and promptly booked an appointment. After that, we liked the house and quick response to call and very friendly staff helped us to buy our first house. The staff stayed in touch with us throughout our buying house contract until we got the keys to our house. Even after that, they sent us best wishes msg for a new home. We received excellent service from the start when purchasing our new home. Although we hit a few delays along the way, National Residential kept us up to speed as often as possible and did their very best to keep the ball rolling to get us in our new home as swiftly as they could. Overall we experienced friendly, helpful and professional service. Very easy company to deal with and we are now very happy and settled in our new house.

All of the team were very helpful especially David and Rachel who went out of their way to make sure that we received the best service possible. We had quite a long delay in the purchase of our house but were reassured by both David and Rachel. They did everything that they possibly could to get things complete as soon possible for us. They did sell my house which was great, but the communication between all parties was really poor and became quite stressfull

National Residential was a great agents to work with, with it being my first house I was unsure of the process. However National Residential kept me up to date with updates throughout the whole process, and when it was quiet on my end they were checking in for updates my end. The customer service was really spot on from start to finish.
I would recommend National Residential for anybody who would like a quick sell as they really push for it, or anybody looking for a pleasant process.

Don't bother wasting your time trying to sell to/with this company. The company offers a disgustingly low amount, miss out key property features, change the valuation price in under 2 hours and the supposed "valuation" team are unable to accurately value your house. If you want a sale and you are not desperate, use a traditional estate agent instead. Scratch that - even if I was desperate - I wouldn't use this company!

FURTHER UPDATE - PLEASE READ! In response to the company's reply below, please note that I was firstly offered 185K, the number of viewers was actually 9-15 (so clearly the facts below are incorrect) and then subsequently this price was reduced by 10K (now 175K) in under 2 hours! After Adil consulted with the person who remains unnamed, may I add, I was then told he "overlooked" a garage and a driveway that is clearly visible in the first image on Rightmove. Is this such a thorough job?? I think not.

Further to this, Tom, the Sales Manager, himself, then asked if I would be willing to remove this review? I think that says a lot about this company... I should also add that other properties in the area have recently sold for around £235K - so, again, clearly shows a lack of valuation knowledge! Not to mention, the sales manager himself admitted "I do apologise for the service received earlier". I think this shows that even your own staff thought the service offered was substandard and definitely not an unfair or an unwarranted review! They even agreed that they would be equally as disappointed. With this in mind, I will therefore not be removing/upgrading the review and would only downgrade to 0 stars if I could!

We bought our first property with National Residential. Their methods of contacting you are quite unusual for an estate agent but we found texting to be much more efficient in the end. They were always very friendly and very active in chasing up details. They are not your every day estate agents but they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

There is obviously a risk element when using a modern auction site as there is a chance that you could lose your deposit, if for some reason your circumstances change and your unable to complete. However we had all the confidence in National Residential and the whole process was quick and relatively stress free. We would happily use this company again.

We hadn’t heard of a ‘modern auction’ until we came across National Residential. Our experience from our first enquiry through to completion of the property purchase was excellent. The communication we received from National Residential was clear, convenient (i.e. through text and email) and we received frequent updates during the negotiation and sale development. Our position as purchasers was considered professionally and we were offered a certain amount of flexibility in order for us to go ahead with the purchase. The service received throughout felt personal, professional and thorough. The experience overall was seamless and efficient. We were apprehensive that National Residential would be less involved than traditional estate agents but we found that a representative was in regular contact with solicitors and kept all parties updated with any developments.

I wouldn’t hesitate to trust National Residential with the sale or purchase of future property.
