Fantastic service with national residential from start to finish, they have different members of staff working on different stages of the process so you know who to speak to a each stage, and I had complete confidence with every member of the team.
The property I was selling was a rental/investment property, I had a very good relationship with my tenant of over 13 years so I needed to look after her as this was her home, and the property was over 3 hours drive from my home, so I needed a company that I could trust and most importantly one that understood this and would look after my tenant through the process of finding another landlord/investor to purchase the property, this they did which during the COVID situation I think was fantastic, thank you to David and the team at national residential 👍

Really quick and efficient buying process. Tom and David were on hand to answer any questions we had, and were quick to chase up any answers with the seller/solicitor if they didn’t know it themselves. David especially went above and beyond to ensure our completion date was kept too! Thank you for everything! Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous proactive company that gets the job done. I looked at selling my house and spoke to this company. My first call with Ian was so good different then other agents, they don't over promise but give you good advice and they do everything to help you sell your house. Better then any normal agents. What I loved was that they gave you options and thought outside the box in selling with tenant in situ. What I was really impressed with is after having some personal problems I could not proceed, however they were still there and Ian tried to help. When I have sorted my personal problems I wont go to anyone else. I highly recommend them and I work in property.

The communication throughout has been really good and they were very professional. They also provided good advice and reassurance during a personal time. They appeared to have the best intentions for the sale of the properties and successfully completed our request.

Overall a good service and would use them again. Delayed completion due to buyers financial arrangements but we got there in the end

I have used National Residential twice now. Once in 2017 for an auction house I didn't buy and again this year for a house I did buy. There were absolutely no issues at all, their communications whether text, phone call, or email are extremely quick, quicker than a traditional estate agent for sure. It makes no difference to me that there are no face-to-face meetings, in fact I find it far easier to conduct business from my phone and laptop.

As a housing landlord I wanted to start selling properties and a "modern auction" seemed to be the way to go. It was and the experience was easy and supported all the way. There was a successful sale and no problems at all with the service received.

Purchased and completed on Friday 21st May through National Residential and had a great experience overall, from start to end the communication was exceptional from the whole team. Thanks to David for his input where he always went above and beyond to sort out everything quickly. All the best.

From inception to completed they provided an excellent service and advice

As a buyer, I would recommend purchasing property through National Residential. The initial price negotiations were handled well and I think their process deadlines are effective in speeding up sales and weeding out slow or non-serious buyers. It was also flexible enough not to compromise our ability to complete necessary due diligence on the property.
There was always someone to pick up the phone and when requested they took action promptly and effectively. They stayed on top of things throughout to ensure our sale went through quickly despite a combination of COVID and the Christmas break.
Should another suitable property come up for sale through them, I wouldn't hesitate to put in an offer again.

David and his team are absolutely fantastic. I have purchased couple of properties from them now and love their hands on approach.
I can go honestly say buyers and sellers both their interest were served during the process . There were few issues along the way however they stayed top of Everything and made sure Exchange and completion took place in time .
I would use them again in future whether I am buying or selling .
