The procedure was very smple and I received very detailed instruction and everything I was told was correct and the lady was very informative and concise and polite. I am very pleased so far

Jaimie made this process flawless. Very well described instructions made it super easy to get this done expediently. Everything worked as it should.

They some how misplaced/lost my test result said they would send some one to withdraw a new test never did but they made sure to bill me and my insurance for a test I never got results for

The overall experience was good from the beginning to the end!

I have never experienced more incompetence within a billing department than with Natera. The wrong insurance was billed from the start and I called upwards 4X in attempt to update with the correct insurance. It was never billed appropriately and I finally lost faith that it would be. I'm now paying out of pocket just to be done with this company, as at this point I have wasted upwards 8 hours of time that I will never get back.

The Ladies that were in customer service was excellent and my person that drew my blood was extremly professional

Very smooth, very easy, high communication experience. My physician ordered a specific panel. They contacted me before sending the collection kit, and said "your provider" has ordered a Natera test for you, which left me wondering which provider that was, and whether I was the right patient. A click of the link clarified what kind of work they do and which physician had placed the order. I filled their questionnaire online. They contacted me to be sure I had received it, and the instructions were clear and complete. They offered help to arrange pickup (I didn't need it) and texted me when they had received the sample. Trustpilot will mark this as an unprompted review, whatever that is, but Natera did send me the link to the review page.

Found them to be on top of their game. See a am a procrastinator, and a good one.They were not pushy but caring about getting this done,so it's done , and they were very informative about proper text taking shipping recieving etc . So Thank you all!!

No issues things were explained well to me

I had no issues with company. Jamie and I had a pleasant conversation about the process and when things should happen. She took time to answer my questions and provide details.
No appointments at my preferred time nonetheless we settle on a day and time. That process was quick, representative showed up in the appointment window. Now I am waiting for my results.

Absolutely the worst company to depend on with cancer .. they will not return calls, they don't have a phlebotomist thats even remotely decent in the NC area the booking coordinator is just as bad, no returned text, no new schedule to have blood drawn. These people play with your lives just for a dollar

I was told by Natera that a prior authorization from my provider was required before they could issue a refund for an overpaid bill. Weeks later, I received the refund — without any prior authorization ever being processed. When I asked why, no one at Natera could explain what happened or give me a straight answer.

It took over a month just to resolve this single refund, and I am still waiting on another overpayment to be addressed. The entire experience highlights Natera’s incompetence, lack of transparency, and deceptive billing practices. Customer service has been unhelpful and slow at every step.

Avoid this company if you can. Ask your provider to use a different lab to save yourself the time, frustration, and headaches.
