Waiting almost 3 weeks for results and you keep getting told only 5 to 7 days is crazy the chat doesn't help and calling doesn't help...there have been several people locally and in a pregnancy group that have gotten their results with 72 hours of receiving the sample. My doctor office is even worried at this point.

Jamie was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything to me and set up my appointment and even followed up to confirm it. She calmed my anxiety about the test. And the lady that came out was wonderful also! Thank you both for mak8ng this so easy for me.

Jaimie was very professional and helped me get my lab done correctly. They also helped reschedule my pickup when I was sick the day before and didn't have it out in time. Now I just have to wait for my results.

Jaime was very nice. The phlebotomist came out and couldn't get my blood. This is the first time this has happened to me. It had to be rescheduled. The same phlebotomist came two weeks later and it was very disappointing. She's a nice lady but her technique for drawing blood is horrible. She stuck the needle in and it was hanging out and the blood was coming out. The needle fell out and blood was coming out of the site. She kept wiping it with alcohol. She stuck the needle back in the same area and she had the needle hanging out again. The blood was flowing in the tube and stopped because of how she had the needle hanging. She got a little bit in one tube and drained the rest in another tube. I will never request this test for someone to come out to my home. Jaime apologized and stated it would be taken care of. It was an inconvenience to me because if it was done correctly, my physician would have the results by appointment on 2/10/26.

We were locked out of our account repeatedly. Reset links do not work and it is now treating us as if we did not exist. Turned what was supposed to be an exciting night to learn the gender of our child into a lot of extra stress. All their after hour support is AI that sends you in loops. Ruined our night. Fix your website, fix your application.

Jaimie was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and her service incredible. Thank you for the great customer service. I hope the rest of the company is as awesome as you are.

The blood draw and testing process is fast and easy. However Natera tell doctors that if insurance doesn’t cover the cost of the testing then the patient can pay a lower self-pay cost. However what they don’t tell you is that you don’t always know if insurance will cover it so if the run it through insurance and it gets denied then you’re on the hook for paying the entire cost. The only way of getting that lower self-pay amount is to request that your insurance not get billed at all. I wish I had read the Reddit posts on this company before I agreed to the testing so I could have saved thousands of dollars.

Absolute scammers. billed and claimed on my insurance and billed me again. Offers me discount if I pay quickly.

Natera came and took my blood - results took quite a while to process IMO. Then my carrier test came back as “No results. Wrong tube used.” That should have been raised to me ASAP. Why was the wrong tube used? Will not use Natera again.

Billing is absolutely awful. We have paid and sent payment confirmations, been on the phone at least 3 times with billing specialist (who are all ridiculously hard to understand) and we continue to get threats of being sent to collections.
After each time we call to follow up we send along our payment confirmation and are told this is going to be forwarded to appropriate department for investigation and they will follow up with any updates or actions. We have never heard back from anyone. this has been going on for over 3 months now and we got another threat that we are going to be sent to collections.

Billing department is a disaster! Took 5 months to bill. When finally got the bill they never billed insurance. Informed them and by the time they billed insurance it was past the time insurance could be billed. Had to pay out of pocket because they don't have their stuff in order.

Jaimie, was super helpful and accommodating. I didn’t realize that the Natera test had this type of concierge service. It was a nice surprise.

Worst place to deal with. I was advised by my doctor to get the test done and was told they will contact my insurance to see how much amount was covered through my insurance. When I called them regarding the same the person picked up a call and after asking 15 questions put me in a long wait without informing anything. And kept on keeping the call on hold for more then 15 minutes.

I would like to said thank you to Yoenna Smith the phlebotomist in Austin Texas for her excelent and great services. Thanks to her to take all her time to explain me all the process I really aprecciate all her hard work.

Working with Jaimie was phenomenal. She is so friendly and helpful. Made the whole process enjoyable.

The test kit was delivered quickly. Jamie contacted me and discussed the process, gave me easy to understand instructions, and answered all my questions. FedEx picked up the kit and delivered it back to Natera. Now I just wait for the results.

Jamie was outstanding in every respect, fast and efficient.

Donna was great. She kept me informed of her arrival time and arrived on time. She was thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. She made sure all of the information for my test was correct and properly sealed and packed the vials in front of me which provided assurance that my blood samples would not get mixed up with others. Overall, a very efficient and easy process.
