This the worst company I have dealt with during lock down#### I ordered 1 product in early November and I am still waiting ?Despite repeated e-mails no one contacts you.This company is RUBBISH do not buy from them .

Not a quality product. Received after 2 months from China. Belts get strangled & cause discomfort.

Ordered goods and received a shipping number, but no goods, only a string of apologetic emails. I will now have to reclaim the money through my card issuer.

I seriously advise avoiding this company.

Ordered product which they advised was shipped 3/9/20. The support web site does not appear to exist. Tracking number cannot be found. Must be a scam!

Ordered 10/07/20 Have not received. Reading other reviews now think this is a scam.

I am a fairly small female, UK size 10/12 and 5ft 3in, and no way would this product fit me.
When I raised this with the company the only thing they did was send a link to a YouTube clip showing how to wear it!
Though I have received a refund I have lost £11.00.
A complete waste of money.

The product never arrived the money was taken from the bank account and the company claimed it was not them! and that did not have the money This is a scam company and should be avoided

This is called truefit posture corrector & like the other reviews the website is dishonest & deceitful as it purports to be UK based but it is a US company. After a lot of emails the item took 20 days to arrive. It’s quite flimsy & we managed to use it BUT DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY & make sure the reviews are good & valid.

well the order arrived in good time. I have since used the product and after a few uses it becomes impossible to adjust because the straps are thin abd crumple up, the runners slip sideways so the strap only runs through the narrow part. I later found better ones at half the price on amazon. As another customer mentioned I responded to an advert that popped up.

Like the other reviews, I ordered a corrector on 15 April 2020 and it hasn't arrived. I phoned once and was told it was on its way from Chine but shipping might be slow from China at the moment. Seven weeks later it still hasn't arrived.

These people are obversely working an Internet racket.
Should be chased and prosecuted.

Ordered one on 3rd April and still have not received after 2 and half month, customer service did reply once kept telling me to wait and it will arrive but it never has, when I tried to contact them again and they just ignore my emails and I am now just wondering if this is a real company existing? I saw their advert on The SUN mobile app and this is the main reason to buy from USA seller, I am so regret did that, and The SUN should take some blame on this as well to post some fraud seller on their site, such a disappointing shopping experience!

Ordered this in May thinking that it would come from the UK and be a high quality item.

I waited and waited, emailed them realised that it was coming from USA but hadn't been dispatched. Waited, emailed again still no dispatch.

Waited and then asked for a refund and was told it was on the way and I would have to pay return carriage.

In 2020 no reputable company would take so long to fulfill orders, I know that we would have it out the door on the same day and in USA on day 3 from the UK.

Totally agree with the other review, I bought something from eBay and expect it to be
here this week and to be at least as good a quality.

I ordered this posture corrector in the UK from an advert on a puzzle iPad game called Red Herring.
I ordered it on the 27th March 2020. There was no mention of where it was to be shipped from and I assumed(!mistake!) it was from the UK.
After a few weeks I emailed mytruefitposture.com asking where my product was only to discover it was being shipped from the USA at my cost!!!
I asked that the order be cancelled. They said yes they would cancel it but I will have to pay carriage. Their own tracking service stated that the item was still in the USA at that time!
To cut a long story shorter today 29 May 2020, two months later, I finally received the corrector. Written on the customs declaration the item was valued at $5.00 (£4.50) and the carriage was $15.00. My final invoice was for £26.00, paid up front.

All in all I would warn anyone against dealing with these people, they are terribly polite in their emails but their actions are that of less reputable traders.

The Red Herring game people did not even respond to my complaint and PayPal were next to usless in resolving my complaint.

The worst thing is that when I finally got to opened the package the item was indeed worth little more that the $5.00 (£4.50) stated on the Customs Declaration.
I threw it in the bin and have put the whole thing down to experience having wasted enough time with it.
