Posture corrector. 2 stuks besteld op 2 februari, netjes een tracking code gekregen en pakketje kunnen volgen vanuit de US naar hier. Binnen twee weken bezorgd. Goed product, ben er blij mee.

Warnung - diese Firma braucht Wochen um zu liefern und für ein Geschenk wird zusätzlich abgebucht.
Auf Reklamtionen: Keine Anwort - das nenne ich Betrug.

I am very upset that I could not move forward with my booking for one product without clicking Yes which added another product & fast delivery at £8.99.
This is a scam. I have requested a full refund but reading all the reviews too late I am unsure.
Beware everybody.

Op 01/10/2020 besteld maar helaas nog niet geleverd , na verschillende mails nog steeds geen goederen of terugbetaling ontvangen.
Dit zijn echt gangsters !

Ich habe ihre Firma heute der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet. Text meiner Beschwerde: unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren.Die Kommuniti zum Thema ist hinreichend aussage kräftig.
Rechtliche Schritte gegen sie behalte ich mir vor.

I have to join all the other posters, I fell for this myself, paid the fee, but no object - (nor explanation) - received.

This company is obviously a big scam, so stay well away from it.

I placed order on 1 November 2020. It subsequently showed up on my credit card and money taken. An email acknowledgement received on 11 January 2021 stating “Order is On it’s Way” advising a tracking number. Tracking number was not recognised by UPS the advised carrier. As of 6 February have still not received my order. I’m sure this is a scam DO NOT order from this company!!. I will Try to get reimbursement from my credit card.

I ordered the truefit posture corrector on 8th December using my credit card through PayPal.
Like everyone else has complained, mine hasn’t arrived either. I was sent a Email from UPS and given a tracking number but the information stops on 18th December. I started to think I was the victim of a scam but today 8th February, my order arrived. I’d almost given up hope.
I’ve tried the posture corrector today and will keep going with it. I expect it will take some time to fix my rounded shoulders!

Please dear friend I wish to return this item for full refund

My experience reflects those of others. Item ordered 19th Dec 2020 money taken almost immediately. Still waiting for item today 14/1/21.
Avoid this scam company. Unless you have money to waste.

It was ordered on 10 December 2020 from America and it arrived today 12 January. Tracking system worked but very disappointed with the product as I am 5' tall and this is just too big. To return the product for a refund it would cost almost as much as the purchase price.

Previously I posted a scathing review for Mytruefitposture, but I would like to say that the item has finally arrived after over 2 months. However, the UPS tracking only shows mention of last activity on 19th Jan, yet I have just received it!! Not sure who's at fault here!

Never received item they changed postcode and said was my error.. said would receive once it’s returned to warehouse and post out again. I always check my postcode before ordering.. do not use this company!!!

This product does not work. I really regret buying it. There is not enough velcro for the strap to work properly at it's tightest and my neck aches when I wear it. The pictures they use to advertise the product are not a true representation of it's purpose. Avoid

Item ordered on 10/12/20 and money taken from account on 11/12/20. It has still not arrived as of today. Tried unsuccessfully to telephone but could not get through to the canadian numbe. I also believe this is a scam and may have something to do with my E mail being hacked (I did have a confirmation e mail but the hacking happened so quickly that I did not have time to print a copy. TRUSTPILOT MUST GET INVOLVED AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. No product, no explanation - just lies! This is a scam - ignore them!

I ordered 2 back supports on 2nd Nov . They were supposedly shipped out on the 4th. Nothing has arrived as yet and I have been unable to get any further update. Payment has been taken from my account! Michael Pook, Nottingham

They are a brilliant fantastic LOAD OF BULLCOMPANY...ALL TALK AND FULL OF PROMISES...STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER TODATE! Outstanding refund or replacement with different shipping method but no response....SO
