We were fooled as well!
My wife bought this poor quality item and immediately returned it signed for. It was recived two days after posting. Even though we have proof of it being recieved they keep saying (a month later) it hasn't been recieved at the warehouse. Avoid at all costs!

SCAM - BEWARE. I too got a "knocked off" poor copy of the original for my £26.00, but they also managed to set up a monthly direct debit for this amount on my PayPal account. Fortunately I picked this up and cancelled it. I suspect (? from Canada) the scammers have cloned a perfectly legitimate trader's site. AVOID any URL that has "support AT mytruefitposture.com"

BEWARE - I never got this product but am being told it was delivered.
I ordered this product about a month ago from Truefit posture and have received no indication when it would be delivered. There was no update on the tracking for a week. Now they are saying they tried to deliver it and I was not in. I was in but no attempt was made. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one until it was received back by them.
This is not acceptable and a peculiar way to do business. I would never order from this company again. I am hoping I can get a refund by PayPal and I will try that next.

I paid £26 for this posture corrector but it never came. How can I get my money back?

My mother ordered this in May. It took so long to arrive, that she forgot she had ordered it. We live in Northern Europe, and the ad she saw and that she used to order it from, was in our language, which made it possible for her to order it (she doesn’t understand English). Well she apparently returned the package because she got three of them but she just wanted one. The package came back as a boomerang. I read a note that came with the package, that to be able to return it and get money back, you have to pay for the return package (which is annoying, but ok) but then also include the order ID and your postal code with it. Doesn’t make much sense, because they already have to have all that info to even send the package in the first place! My mother send them an email in our language, and she kept getting replies in English. I had to step in to try and fix the mess. I sent the company an email saying that my mom never received an order ID, but they should be able to see it. I have now been emailing with the company back and forth, and they just keep saying they cant find her order or account in their database! How is that even possible?! They have her full name and address. I think they sell fake stuff, take peoples money and just wash their hands off it. My mom is now at a point where she just wants to pay for the shipping to get rid off the item, even though she knows she will never get her money back.

SCAM!!! A really terrible experience!!! I sent endless emails asking for my refund on this so called posture support, as it's an absolutely useless, flimsy product!!! I returned the item several months ago but never received the refund!!! Please don't waste yr time and money buying anything from these people!!!!

Received my Posture Corrector 10 days after shipping. I did not realise it was coming from China. This item is a copy of the actual TrueFit Posture Corrector which is trademarked. The product is poor quality and a replica of the genuine product. I feel ripped off and have asked to return for a refund but reading the responses I might be better keeping it and sending it off as evidence.

Det måste vara ett rent blufföretag. Jag ser att fler under blivit blåsta på sina pengar och aldrig fått sin beställning. Jag vet inte hur man anmäler dem men skulle vilja veta för att varna alla för att ha med dem att göra.

Beställde den 11 Feb. en hållnigsväst/ryggkorrektor genom detta företag,som jag trodde var svenskt,men det visade sig vara från USA..Betalningen drogs dan efter beställningen från mitt kontokort.Jag efterlyste mitt paket eftersom var i stort behov av selen pga min dåliga rygg.Var otaliga gånger kontakt med postkontoret i Sverige och där hade tydligen paketet legat sedan slutet av Februari pga ofullständig deklaration om innehåll bl.a.och skulle inte lämnas ut till mig.
..den 17 Mars sändes det åter till avsändaren utan min vetskap, av Postnord.Jag har mailat åtskiliiga gånger till Mytruefitposture och förklarat att jag vill ha pengarna åter,men de säger att de inget paket fått.Nu har det gått över en månad igen och de svarar inte.Ett riktigt oseriöst företag, som lurar människor och ej går att få tag i..Handla inget från detta förestag

Never received a conformation email which I thought unusual got in touch with my credit card co very helpful they put a watch on the payment as it was pending. This appears to be a SCAM BE AWARE

These did not work. Bought three thinking I would give to family members but returned because they did nothing. I have never received credit for returning them.

Having read the poor reviews and fearing the item would not fit I made early attempt to cancel, only to be told that dispatch was already underway. Ordered on 25 January and equipment arrived yesterday. Having been in email dialogue with the company I refused package and requested return to sender, without hitch by Royal Mail. A full refund has been obtained via my credit card. It helps to seek the support of your credit card issuer. 3 star has been given as equipment not tested and company were polite in dealings with me.

Our experience is a combination of all those listed in the previous negative comments. Slow delivery and responses to query that are obviosly handled by a third party with no interest and only standardised answers.
Literally everything is cheap and tatty
Do not consider

This does nothing to improve my posture. It is way overpriced for what you get.
