Great quality but
Got 2 different boxes for my friend and I, we're happy with the quality and the teams we got, only thing is we both got teams from the same league even though we bought different boxes so that just makes me think whether I should buy multiple boxes from them

Because our boxes include shirts from hundreds of clubs across many leagues, it’s still possible for two boxes to include teams from the same league, even if they’re completely different clubs. Each box is packed individually and the selection is random.
If you’re ordering multiple boxes in the future, you can also leave notes at checkout with teams or leagues you’d prefer to avoid, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate that.

Overall fantastic, I sized up as I do with all football shirts, extremely quick delivery fantastic packaging, no fault to mystery football. More the shirt manufacturer castor its a tad bit too tight around the arms

You're right —-sizing can sometimes vary slightly between different manufacturers. We do recommend possibly sizing up if you prefer a looser fit.

ordered two mystery football shirts as…
ordered two mystery football shirts as Christmas presents for my children — one for my son and one for my daughter. Unfortunately, my daughter’s shirt needed to be returned, so I followed the company’s returns policy exactly and sent it back using their nominated courier, Royal Mail.
Royal Mail have failed to deliver the return, and despite this being completely out of my control, Mystery Football Shirt have refused to issue either a refund or an exchange. As a result, I am now £45 out of pocket.
What makes this worse is that this was a Christmas present, and my daughter was left upset through no fault of her own. The lack of flexibility or basic customer care in this situation is extremely disappointing. I provided proof that the item was returned, yet the responsibility has been unfairly pushed onto me.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially as gifts. If anything goes wrong with a return, don’t expect support or understanding.

Sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but I'd like to clarify what happened.
The order was placed in size S, which is why that size was sent. There was no error on our part regarding the size received. If a size received is unsuitable or ordered in error, we offer size exchanges (bigger or smaller) within 30 days. This can be arranged easily via our returns portal.
I’ve checked our messages with you, and you were advised on how to return the item to exchange it for the correct size. I'm unsure how our team have been unhelpful in this case.

Opened the box, then was shocked that it was such a well known team, in a good way that is. Lpve the pattern and top and team great pick and unboxing, i will never get tired of mystery boxes in general.
