Whilst we appreciate that some shirts may have similar colours or designs to teams you'd prefer to avoid, the note on your order was specifically to avoid Celtic. As you mentioned, you did not receive a Celtic shirt.
Unfortunately, we're unable to assess or filter shirts based on perceived similarities to other teams, as this is highly subjective and will vary from customer to customer.

We previously reached out requesting your order number so we could investigate further, but unfortunately we haven't received a response.
If both boxes were part of the same order, then receiving the same team shouldn't happen, and we'd be happy to look into this for you. Likewise, if the same team was received across separate orders where that team had been listed in the comments box as a team to avoid, we'd want to investigate that too.
However, if these were separate orders and no team avoidance request was left in the comments box, then there is always a possibility of receiving the same team, as all shirts are selected at random.
Please send us your order number and we'll be happy to review the order and see what we can do to help.
Awful customer service and even worse…
Awful customer service and even worse shirt quality. I would strongly advise staying away from this company.
I ordered two football tops for Christmas, and after only five months, the badges on both shirts have completely peeled off. The rest of the logos still look like new, but the badges are gone. These tops were not cheap, and I would expect them to last much longer than this.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and claimed the damage was caused by how the shirts had been washed. I strongly disagree. I have three boys who practically live in football tops, so I know exactly how to wash and care for them properly.
I also have doubts about whether these shirts are genuinely authentic.
To make matters worse, when I originally ordered a size 15/16, they sent the wrong size. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was then told that the size I had ordered was actually out of stock. That made me wonder whether the smaller size was sent simply because they had no stock left.
I ended up ordering the next size up, a men's small, but it arrived as a slim-fit shirt and was very tight on my son. By that point, dealing with customer service had become so frustrating that I didn't want to go through the process again.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product quality and customer service.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
To clarify, the two shirts referenced were purchased around six months before the issue was reported. Unfortunately, by that stage they were well outside our returns period. Whilst we appreciate your comments regarding how the shirts were cared for, if there had been a manufacturing defect with the badges, we would typically expect this to become apparent much earlier in the life of the garment rather than after several months of wear and washing.
It's also worth noting that the two shirts were from different manufacturers and suppliers. We have not received similar reports relating to either product, which makes a manufacturing fault less likely.
We would also like to address the suggestion that the shirts may not be authentic. All shirts sold by Mystery Football are 100% genuine and officially licensed products sourced directly from clubs, manufacturers and authorised distributors.
Regarding the sizing issue, you're correct that an incorrect size was initially supplied. We apologised for that error at the time and worked to resolve the issue. While mistakes can occasionally happen, particularly during our busiest period of the year, we always do our best to put things right when they do.
Whilst we're sorry we couldn't provide the outcome you were hoping for, we believe our assessment of the situation was fair and consistent with our policies.

So pleased with my first order from these guys. Top quality shirts, 2 great (random) shirts. Very quick delivery.
Only thing I found a little difficult was trying to add products from different categories into my shopping basket and editing it. In the end I had to decide exactly what I wanted, then clear the browser/cache and start again.

Sarcastic customer service
Took 3 days to reply to my email and when they did they was sarcastic, my 4th football top ordered and 1 was the mexico international kit and 2 from thr Mexico league, so if you want a mystery Mexico league top then theses are the people, this will be my final order with them as the service isn’t worth the price

We're sorry to hear you feel this way.
To clarify, your order was placed on Saturday and your email was sent on Monday morning asking why it had not yet been dispatched. As our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, we replied on Monday and your order was dispatched the same day.
For standard delivery orders, we advise up to 2 working days for dispatch, so your order was shipped earlier than our stated timeframe.
Regarding the shirts received, our mystery boxes contain teams from all over the world and it is possible to receive clubs and national teams from the same country across multiple orders. Customers who wish to avoid specific teams, leagues or countries can let us know in the comment box when placing their order and we'll do our best to accommodate this.
We're disappointed to hear that you won't be ordering again and we're particularly surprised by your comments as you've been a long-standing customer and we were pleased to meet you at our Manchester Arndale vending machine launch. We appreciate your previous support and wish you all the best.
Scam artist
I ordered a Mystery Collector Bundle Premium Edition, which was advertised as containing two shirts as part of the bundle. However, I only received one shirt despite being charged the full £74.99 price.
After waiting several days for a response from customer support, I was disappointed to find that the company appears unwilling to acknowledge or resolve their mistake. The product description clearly states that the bundle includes two shirts, yet only part of the order was delivered.
Charging customers the full bundle price while failing to provide all the advertised items is unacceptable. I would appreciate this issue being resolved by either sending the missing shirt or providing an appropriate partial refund for the item that was not supplied.
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to pursue a chargeback through my bank for goods that were paid for but not received.
However the shirt I did receive was a good quality shirt, so it’s a pity about the second one being missing .

A generally great company
I have seen loads of different websites that offer mystery kits but was always concerned if it was going to be a scam, then this one popped up on my RAC app with a discount code, well I'm a sucker for an offer so I went with it and I was stunned, delivery was fast and tracked and when I received it I was so excited I was like a kid again opening football stickers, the quality of the shirt was top draw, so I have been back to them again not once but twice and each time was the same experience, that's why I will be subscribing monthly as my little gift to myself, great products, great delivery a great company

Can’t fault it! This was my first mystery box, and can say that I’ll be getting another. I asked for a league outside of Europe to try and discover new team, I got Santos Laguna from the Liga MX, really smart shirt with lots of sponsors (which I love). 10/10 experience.

Teenage son loves the surprise element of our monthly box. He wanted to upgrade to premium but thats not currently available on subscription so we're discussing how he wants to move forward. Order are swift and go through the letter box so not having to mess about waiting for the postie.
