For the second year in a row I selected additional insured, and they were listed, but the certificate does not have them. Be sure your final certificate matches what you paid for.

I renewed my policy and it renewed at a different price than quoted. I called the company and the person that answered the phone said that was all he could do is take a message. No one has returned my call. Is this company legit or did I pay for a piece of paper?
