Fantastic, east, and affordable car insurance!

This company is affordable for low income earners like me.
Charging by the mile driven makes a lot of sense.

I like that I only pay for miles I drive. But the daily rate keeps going up along with the price of fuel.

This company works well with usage of insurance as needed rather than the usage that is not needed considering i dont drive my vehicle every day .I am very pleased this is a great company thank you insure

This company just cold called me when I haven't even given them my number even worse they used AI voice to call me

This is my 2nd time with just. The first time I had no issues at all but the courts made me have a 6 month policy to get my car registered and just only has 3 month policies. But after 9 months I switched back since I was saving quite s bit over Mile (pay by mile insurance as well) prices. The return was simple applying through insurify. It's so quick and easy to get coverage and they offer enough companies to choose ftom. I was covered and sent in my first odometer through a link they sent me with a text (just like mile did every month). I knew I'd have to send another reading on the 10th day as the website has posted. The first week went by and I was expecting to see another text with a link to send it but I didn't see it after the first week. Do I busted the site to see if it was there and checked my email for it but I couldn't find the link. I read through the entire site and checked all paperwork and since I had to 10 days to send it, I figured it would be here tomorrow for sure. The next day was the 8th day and I saw a text come and all it said was rrnrmbcef to send the second reading and they had an warning that I had to be there before they closed at 7pm that night and it was after 4pm but I didn't see the text until 6:45 fo I checked the website again to see what was going on since I know they have it posted on the site as it had to be in by the 10th day and I still didn't have the link to even send it . I tried to use their chat but they were closed and wouldn't respond till the next day. I found nothing on their site that tells how yo send the 2nd reading and fin e it was over 110 degrees and humid I went back inside to try and figure it out. I sent an email explaining the issue and I opened the app for the first time since I had not driven my car at all that first week. After testing through the app I found the link to send s reading . It was now 7:15pm on the 8th day. It was accepted and it said it was good .

I figured I was done and the next day I get a text saying my milage didn't change and they need another picture . I asked why, since that 2nd reading is supposed to gauge to see if my estimated milage is correct m since I only drive 30 miles a month based on the past 2 years, I was right on target. I only drive 2 days most months so this was a perfect representation of my typical driving.

They insisted I drive my car , I told them to f off (in a nice way) I couldn't see how they can force me to drive at that exact second or he threatened me with charging me with 50 miles per day. I thought they were insane since you vs t firce me to do anything especially when I'm proving my milage estimation was exactly right on.
And forcing me would taint the reading estimation and not represent my natural driving I do.

He says they have to verify my car is drivable. I reassured them that if the wait there will be milage on the 3rd resfing on the 30th day. He argued with me about this and threatens me over and over about the 50 miles added if I don't get a new picture by the end of the day. I question how that's possible since I still had 2 more days before my 2nd resting was late.

He wants me again and I question him on how many days till my second reading is late and he says it has to be there today before closing and I check the website where I saw the days posted as day 1 to get started , day 10 for the second reading to verify my estimated milage and day 30 and then at 60 days and 90bdsys for billing checkup milage once again I reminded them I have 2 more but I'll get the 3nd redfing sent by 7pm no problem he wanted me to drive one mile in the hot and humid day I had no plans to go anywhere since my ac died work on my car.

I drive it like a maniac around the block and took a picture with their terribly laid out app that don't switch to landscape so I can get my phone in position where the odometer can be seen fully but I got the best shot I could just like the previous shot was that tgrh accepted with cero miles the day before. After I sent it at 6:30pm on the 8th day and I see they already charged me $31.50! I thought they didn't know math very good because 50x 0.07 is $3.50 but it's only the 8th day so how can they even charge me anything.

I sent them a text telling them that they have tried my hand enough and I would reporting them to the AZ insurance investigating site and I fully expect to see this charge removed before tomorrow afternoon. I did warn them if they tried charging me I was going to find a complaint against them and they just threatened me again if it's not there. And I thanked them for repeating the incorrect info so many times that I would have no problem filing and they'd have to answer to why they didn't allow me the time posted on their site which says 10 days for 2nd reading

I went to the site and filed s complaint telling this same story. The next morning I'm getting texts answering my responses and asked for the last names of the to agents I texted yesterday. I got no reply and I sent another asking how

they charged my account $50 a day without warning because I was 3 days late on taking an odometer photo.
all they had to do is reach out to me and ask me to do it. I'm very busy. I'm the senior manager for a multimillion dollar company and sometimes I get distracted.
this is no way to treat your customers.

I like how Just Insurer allows me to have the type of coverage that allows me to monitor and regulate my driving habits.

When I was in dire need of insurance so I could be legal to complete daily tasks. Just was affordable and user friendly. Even though I don’t like the pay per drive feature, it is enough to keep me on the road with affordability.

I was petty satifide wht the service there were a couple of miner things that were cleared up other then me not understanding once explained it was all good

Just insure makes it easy for me to keep my insurance and such....love the app...soooo easy....just make sure you remember to turn in odometer reading on time lol
