The whole process of getting insurance here has been very simple. They send good reminders for signing up the next year.

The added insured policy was not sent with my policy. I had to call several times to get the policy sent. Inconvenient and lots of time spent on hold.

the customer service on the phone is horrible when it come to resolve the issue. I think you guy only collect the premium and don't provide actual service and coverage when needed.
