On a overall nice apartment but lacks a few crucial things for people staying more then one night, as you have a min booking of two nights only theres a few things the apartment could benefit from.

-cleaning products
-salt and pepper
-cutlery for four guest not 3
- sugar/coffee be it packets or a jar
The alcohol is a nice touch but id definitely exchange them any day for the items listed above as its a necessary vers desire

This apartment was amazing! It had everything we needed and more as a group. The location is great- a walkable distance from the centre. Everything was really up to date and modern, couldn’t have asked for anything more in the apartment. The host was always lovely upon arrival and the gifts he had for us waiting was so kind! Thank you.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location containing everything you would need for a short stay. As good if not better than any hotel room. Efficient check-in with Amy and Ross. Will be staying again!

Fantastic stay! The property was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the area. All in all, a great experience – would definitely recommend!

The house is nice, modern and clean. Not too far from the city centre. The host (Sharif) who greeted us was lovely and answered our questions. Great value for money! If I’m ever in Manchester again I will definitely book with them!

Giving 5 stars because the apartment was superb, exactly as described and pictured and great location. We went for the Xmas market and were able to walk there from the apartment. Would love to stay again, my only suggestion is that check in could be much simpler, we did have to wait outside for a while for the property manager to meet us, but he was very apologetic.

Great Apartment, clean comfortable facilities, easy check in & check out, good location, value for money, would stay again.

Encontrei louça suja dentro do armário, nenhum sabonete pra lavar a mão no banheiro, exceto 2 miniaturas deixadas pra usar 3 dias. A porta do prédio não está funcionando 100%
O pior de tudo foi chegar cansada no apartamento e perceber que não existia cortina no quarto, onde tem uma parede gigante de vidro. Totalmente sem privacidade e entregue o apartamento de forma desonesta, porque eu fiz a pergunta sobre a cortina uma semana antes de reservar, e vocês me responderam que a cortina estava devidamente fixada. na segunda noite de hospedagem às 8h da noite o gerente aparece aqui batendo na porta e eu não abri, ele pôs a chave reserva dele e abriu sem saber se eu poderia receber ele.
Mentiram para mim pra que eu alugasse mesmo sem a privacidade da cortina. Me sinto desrespeitada, lesada, enganada e desvalorizada, pois eu sou hóspede de vocês em Preston e Liverpool, todos os meses eu estou aqui e sempre deixo o apartamento limpo e organizado. Eu solicitei a devolução de 2 noites e continuo dizendo que quero ser ressarcida desta péssima hospedagem que eu tive. Ou quero 2 noites de crédito para datas futuras, se a resposta de vocês forem : não. Não tem problema, vocês não me verão aqui nunca mais.

I would say my experience in Derby is particularly impressive, but this is more because of the exceptional help from the staffs, especially Amy and Kim.

On the first day when I checked-in, my room was a lack of an iron, but Kim still passed that to me after 7pm on Sunday. Later, the Wifi got some problem and made me unable to go on to the internet, Amy been really helpful to provide me with different solutions and got on to the wifi again while the main one got some problem.

I understand everything is impossible to be perfect, but I highly appreciated how the staffs are engaged to resolve the problem. If I have to rate this place, its newness, location and accessibility are definitely perfect.

The only area that could make improvement is the cleanliness. On the first day when I arrived the flat, it was average "OK", but and then when I was tidying up my belongings, I found some hair, dust and food crumbs on the floor. I had to do a proper clean by myself again, as if you require cleaning service, change of towel and linen, they would charge additionally. Therefore, I tried to clean by myself as I had a long stay here. However, except the average cleaning quality, overall is still a good experience.

Coming from South Africa, tired and jet legged we were warmly received and assisted accordingly. The suite was very spacious, clean and warm with heaters on, since it was cold and raining on our arrival in the UK.
Place is very secure and safe.
Suggestion though is to put more garbage bin plastics and toilet paper for longer stays.

Estoy encantada con este E alojamiento, realmente no podría haber elegido mejor, excelente ubicación, todo el apartamiento tiene vistas a la avenida, cercado de un jardín muy bonito, a pocos metros de un centro comercial, buenas cafeterías y supermercados. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, aparte de estar muy bien equipado y cómodo. Me hace sentir en casa. Muchísimas gracias por toda atención y cuidado para que estemos bien. Súper recomiendo.

I recently booked a stay at Birmingham through Booking.com, and my experience was far below expectations.
Delayed Check-In: The check-in process was severely delayed, requiring over 10 calls to the property and Booking.com. This caused significant stress, and the lack of communication made the situation feel untrustworthy.
Unhygienic Conditions: The apartment was in an unacceptable state. The bathroom was dirty, with water in the tub, hair on the walls, and an unclean mirror. Kitchen appliances like the oven and microwave were also filthy.
No Hot Water: There was no hot water throughout my stay, and despite reporting it, no action was taken. Customer service assured me of a resolution, but no follow-up occurred.

Overall, my concerns were handled poorly, and the only compensation offered was an extended check-out, which did not equate to the issues faced. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the standards upheld by Booking.com and the property.

I strongly urge better communication, thorough cleanliness checks, and prompt resolution of issues to prevent future guests from enduring similar experiences.

Lovely room, great for a couple nights stay. Good location as it’s very safe area and only a 20 minute walk from like street.

Flat is clean and well maintained

The accommodation was ok but the problems I had were 1) the front door had been forced at some time and the lock was loose and had not been repaired
2) there was no plug for the kitchen sink so washing the dishes was done in the bathroom not a healthy place
3) the wifi details are incorrect and two requests to the owners went unresolved

Very nicely appointed property - just right as a base to work from or explore local tourist spots for the week. Just a few mins walk from the train station and town centre.
